We were two moms with our kids going to baseball games. The property was clean. Walking distance to beach, groceries and restaurants. We were able to get Ubers very quickly. Felt safe staying there. Not a problem for us, but note there are stairs to get to the apartment. Could be an issue for someone. Host was very responsive. Only had one question when we checked in and he answered quickly.

The property was perfect for a family of 4. Centrally located, and close to everything, from museums, restaurants, parks, beaches, shopping, and of course, the airport. Besides not having a full-sized oven, the place offered everything you needed for a week's vacation. A plus for us, was the beach towels that were provided, which really came in handy. Cristian was very helpful, especially the first two nights during the city's random blackouts. The property offered a backup generator, that kept us cool during the night and the high heat of the mid-afternoon, and the host was very accommodating to refuel as needed. I can't wait to visit/book again. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you are the type that like to blend in with the locals.

Great location close to everything. Not a luxurious set up but very well kept apartment with many amenities. Excellent value for money. Instant and excellent communications with host when needed. Will try and stay there for another wedding next year!

Great stay for the price. Location was convenient to everything. Only 16 minutes to Old San Juan, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Parking could be a little better. There is parking but it’s narrow and you can easily get blocked in. Owner was very responsive when needed. Very good stay. I would recommend.

The property was clean, smaller than what we expected for 7 people (my mistake), but the price was great. The neighborhood was ok; however, it was only 10-15 minutes drive to San Juan. The highway was very close by and it can get a bit noisy (but we were gone most of the day). The host (Cristian) was great, he responded right away to any questions we had. He even allowed us to arrive earlier than check-in time!

We loved being in a home with 3 bedrooms. Loved the balcony to enjoy coffee in the mornings or an evening cocktail. A short drive or within walking distance to excellent restaurants and the beach. We would definitely return.

Family of 4 stayed at this property for 3 nights. Our adult children had not been to Puerto Rico before and this was the perfect launch pad for a few days in San Juan.
Property was well stocked with all of the basics and was clean. It was easy to find. The outdoor space included with this rental was charming and made the space very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great.
We could walk to restaurants and beaches, area felt safe. Parking was easy and convenient.
Would stay again.

We went for a week long stay and this house was perfect! It had everything we needed and it was also very cute. The patio was what really sealed the deal for us. It was also close to everything! The host was wonderful. I would definitely stay again!

Overall the location was good. Had a problem initially with no AC at the place until halfway into the vacation, but host communicated everyday to my requests in a timely manner and made sure it was fixed. Location was good to get that local feel. Close to everything. Place was clean and tidy.

We had an excellent time staying at this location. Location felt safe and close to many things by car. AC in bedroom worked great, was very cold. They also had fans for the living room area and a smart TV. Balcony was very nice for evening lounging. Would stay here again.

We had 6 people in our group and the apartment fit us well. It is stocked with everything you need. Our host replied and problem solved for us immediately when needed. Love how close it is is to everything. Very charming. I would definitely stay again.

We had a group of four adults 28-35 age range. The location of this home is ideal to everything downtown, beaches and old San Juan. Short walk to coffee shops, restaurants and bars or a short Uber ride to beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and Christian was very good at communicating.

This is a nice place to stay when on the island. Convenient location as its walking distance to the beach and main tourist area. Great restaurant and bar only one block away. Easy on and off free way access. One of the best things about this rental is the balcony. Will definitely check availability on my next trip to PR.

My family and I celebrated 2 birthdays.
I can’t tell you how much we appreciated the owner in sharing his apartment with my family. Location was great and after stocking up with food and drinks, the weather couldn’t have been better. The host was ready available if there was a problem. The balcony was phenomenal, it was also great cooking our own food and plenty of relaxation. Will definitely go back again. Thank you so much, we had a extraordinary great time

Not Bad
The property is exactly as listed. I have only 2 complaints, both of which are hard to get past. This property sits right next to the expressway and the traffic noise is non-stop. All day and all night. The second thing is the beds. They are very very uncomfortable.
Location isn't bad. The house had everything that we needed.

Very easy communication and property was just as shown in the pictures. Neighbors are amazing and the house is so close to everything. The home owners respond fast and the cleanliness of the house was immaculate. Five stars from myself and my family. We are deff already booking another stay.

When we arrived there we had a long walk upstairs which was not good because I walk with a walker. We were going to make coffee and noted there was old moldy coffee in the coffee maker, pulled out a chair and looked like vomit on it, there was no soap in the shower, the floors were filthy. I did text Christian about the coffee maker and received a sorry note immediately.

4 days in Puerto Rico
Cristian is kind, courteous and very quick to respond to any and all requests.
The beds are super comfy, love the original tiled floors, very authentic!
The apartment is very clean, the outdoor living space ...we were out there ALOT!!
We walked to town, found quaint places to eat and drink...if travelling to old San Juan...Uber is the only way to go...about 5 minute drive!!
The only down fall...is the highway traffic...can be noisy!! Other than..GREAT TIME!!!

Highly recommended getaway
We really enjoyed our visit to Puerto Rico and our stay in the apartment. It had every thing we needed to be comfortable.

Family trip
The pictures were different from the actual property. The water pressure stayed low and had to be fixed constantly. Roaches everywhere. We literally went to the apartment to sleep. My whole family was disappointed. We were expecting something different, and got tricked. For future reference I will not rent from this property again.

Nice accommodations....especially for the price!
We enjoyed our short stay.. plenty of room for all of us (4). The outdoor space was the best! We were only inside to sleep. Location is close to supermarket, restaurants, and only 10 minute walk to the beach! We will visit again!

We had a nice stay
We had a nice stay and the place was decent. The pictures are nicer than it really is but it worked for us because we were not there much. It was much smaller than expected. It seems more of a bachelor pad to me. It was confusing getting in but the neighbor directed us. There was no literature about the house in the house anywhere. The owner seemed annoyed with us and that was disappointing. We came from states so we were very limited with our cell services. We figured it all out and had a great time. Thank you.

Puerto Rico vacation
L'Osteria was clean and in a quiet neighborhood very convenient to the highway. Cristian was always prompt with his responses to our questions or concerns. Our family was comfortable and our stay was great!

Santurce rooms rock
For the price, this was a terrific place to stay. The Boulargerie bakery around the corner was fabulous. It was a nice walk to the beach through King's Court and it was a convenient Uber ride to old San Juan.
Christian was advised about the 2nd shower stall not delivering hot water, but other than that it was a lovely time.

Great place to Lay your head at night!
3 of us guys came to Puerto Rico on a scouting trip for our non profit. We weren’t looking for a place to stay inside all day. We really just wanted a place to lay our heads and have our own rooms. This apartment made that possible plus more. It is located right off of the highway. So if you are traveling the island or want to get to Old San Juan super quick, this is very convenient. The patio is awesome. We spent several nights chatting enjoying the late evening. Owner was great. They left some bread, eggs, and best of all, coffee for us. It was a special touch. And we consumed a lot of Puerto Rican coffee. We felt very safe. Never worried about our car or anything else. If we came back to San Juan, we would definitely lease again.

Amazing location
The place was perfect 👌 close to everything easy to find, the best part was coming home in the evening n sitting around talking to my family about everything right in the balcony, the rooms are spacious, kitchen and living room very cozy owner very pleasant, I would totally rent this place again
