We had a wonderful stay at Villa Moana! Really a dream vacation! We were a group 12, one family of all ages from 60 to 10, and it was amazing for all of us. The Villa is exactly as described, the photos are very accurate. It is big, with a lot of spots to hang out, either with a group or by yourself, if you wish for a moment alone. The bedrooms are very airy and spacious, the bedding is very comfortable. The pool is great! We were using it all the time, especially the kids. Same with the hot tub :) The kitchen is well stocked for any chef, and there are several spots with large tables to eat together. The beach is a few steps away, and it was very nice to have a section, right in front of the villa, that is reserved to us at all times. Priceless! There are water sports just a few steps away, and we definitely tried all the options there. Location is very convenient either - there are supermarkets and other stores just a few steps away (we also made bigger orders online, very convenient!). There are several restaurants. The port is 5 minutes away by car (we walked :), and it's very beautiful, with more restaurants, shops and water sports. It was very nice and convenient to have the cleaners come everyday, with linens and towels changed every other day. In general, everything was spotless. Manolis, who is the company's in-charge person, was amazing too! Very nice and attentive, solved any small problem that we had. Thank you Manolis! A wonderful vacation! It was hard to leave.

Amazing property with everything supplied that you need to make your Grecian Vacation a Dream!! The property is Priceless and better than the photos. It comfortably sleeps 12 - 10 adults easily. What an absolutely incredible holiday we all had at Villa Moana. You guys were so quick to respond to and gather information for any queries in the organising and run-up to the holiday and it didn’t go unnoticed. Once we were at the villa itself, we were blown away by how stunning it is and also how we didn’t want for anything. Manolis was brilliant, so understated in everything he did but fulfilling our every wish and also the cleaning ladies were absolutely lovely and worked so hard. The weather was also unbelievable, we didn’t see a single cloud for the entire week, a lovely breeze and no humidity - we felt like we hit the jackpot!

We spent a week at this beautiful property with 10 people - adults and teens, and I cannot say enough positive things about our week here! The house is simply stunning. The photos, while amazing, do not do it justice! The pool area is a little oasis, the beach is steps away from the front door and was amazing, the kitchen, the pool table, the multiple sitting and gathering areas.....all perfect! The detached living area in the back is also incredible! In looking at the photos on line, I thought this was a space we would never use - but it is stunning, with louvered glass door/windows all around and an electric retractable roof such that it can be open air or encloses with air conditioning! And, as amazing as the physical structure was, even more impressive was the amazing house staff - Maria, Eva and Manolis, who tended to the house daily. And the cherry on top of it all was the La Pierre cafe right downstairs operated by Manolis. He was a wonderful ambassador for Bali beach and Greece in general, he provided helpful tips, many morning coffees and afternoon cocktails and by the end of our week there, spending time with him and his friends near the water over a beverage at the end of the day became one of our favorite rituals. Finally, the Etouri team was beyond helpful in organizing airport transfers, private chefs, wine tastings, sailing trips, transportation and dinner reservations - all before we arrived at the villa. Every event we planned was perfect! Thank you to Erini, Kostas and the entire team. I will definitely make another trip back to Greece specifically to stay at this property! It was an amazing week!

Met onze familie van 13 personen tussen de leeftijd van 2 en 73 jaar zijn wij een week verbleven in Villa Moana en hebben het fantastisch gehad. In de eerste week van mei was het verwarmen van het zwembad wel nodig en het water was daardoor heerlijk van temperatuur. Ook de omgeving is veel mooier en leuker dan verwacht, letterlijk naast de deur zijn gezellige eetgelegenheden en supermarkten. Het uitzicht is prachtig! Het contact, het personeel en het schoonmaken van het geheel is zeer verzorgd en netjes. Een absolute aanrader!!

Villa entspricht den Bescheibungen. Kleiderschränke etwas klein, Duschen etwas nieddrig installiert, sonst alles sehr gut. Hausservice Manuel, Eva und Thalia hervorragend

This Villa is everything on the description and more, the staff who service the villa go above and beyond from the moment you get there to the moment you leave.

We were three American families (6 adults, 8 children ranging from 2-14 years) who came to Crete in June 2021, during the pandemic, and this house was a total dream in every single way! The pictures are absolutely accurate, and the house is completely stunning with gorgeously appointed rooms both inside and out. However, it's the service that comes with the house that just blew us away. The service crew, who were so kind and informed, are located just out the front door of the house from early morning until 10pm. When we arrived, they said to tell them whatever our hearts desired, and they would provide for us! Can you imagine that? They completely delivered on this. Anytime of day, we could have smoothies, coffees, cocktails or prepared food brought to the house or beach. We could also have groceries brought in anytime. We had 6 cabanas set up on the beach at all times, and the service came there anytime as well. They made dinner reservations for us and arranged a driver to take us where we wanted. We had a chef come to the house a few nights as well, which worked out perfectly. They provided everything happily and with big smiles. We have rented quite a few houses in beautiful locations, but this one tops the list in terms of accommodation, atmosphere, and service. Crete as a location is also pretty perfect too!

We had the most lovely week, in large because of the hospitality and attention to service by the staff and the spaciousness of the villa. We enjoyed every aspect of the villa: movie room, pool table, ping pong, pool, incredible outdoor spaces, hot tub. The villa was even better than the photos! And the location is beyond compare! Steps from your private area on the sea, just a few meters from coffee shops, restaurants, shops. We couldn’t have chosen a more Wonderdul place for our holiday. We will be back. Many, many thanks to all of the folks who made our vacation special - from our housekeeping crew to the caretakers. Amazing!

Ich kann alle bisherigen Bewertungen zustimmen. Die Villa sieht live genau so wie auf den Bildern aus, wenn nicht besser. Wir waren 8 Erwachsenen und 4 Kinder und hatten alles was wir brauchten. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Mr. Manolis und seine Assistenten, die immer für uns da waren, sowie das Etouri Team, das bei Fragen stets zur Antwort stand. Egal was man braucht, alle Wünsche werden erfüllt. Vielen Dank an alle, macht weiter so!

We had an great holiday! The house is exactly as the pictures and the description. Very well furnished and has everything you need. Rooms: We struggled to fit our clothes because the wardrobe space is limited and the bathrooms are a bit small but besides that the rooms were comfortable. Common areas (inside): Spacious and well furnished. Very comfortable and well furnished, with everything you need. Kitchen: Big enough and well supplied with everything you need. Nesspreso coffee machine (much appreciated). BBQ: Big and comfortable. We did most of the cooking there. If you don’t want to cook there is a great restaurant next door which brings and serves the food at your table and it’s cheap. Very comfortable! Common areas (outside): Very well organized and furnished with different areas for all types of moods and crowds. We spend all of our days there. The only thing I would say is that it is a bit small for the house. Staff members: The cleaning staff are great! Incredible people who came every day to clean and made sure everything was perfect. They were so sweet they brought presents for our kids and home made food for us. Overall: A great vacation!

We have just spent 10 great days in Villa Moana. In terms of facilities and ease it was the best villa we have ever had. With 9 adults and 3 young children it was ideal to have the maids cleaning each day. They arrive early but just clean the communal areas, doing the bedrooms later, so aren’t intrusive at all. They also brought a great moussaka. Manolis met us and showed us round on arrival and was always available to organise anything for us, he really is a lovely am who seems to really prioritise our happiness. With multiple areas to go to sunbathe, be in the shade or have drinks on with lovely views out to see the villas facilities are great and anything we asked for before hand, such as extra high chairs and child sleeping arrangements etouri went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed, we are very grateful. Reserved sun beds and canopies on the beach are really great to have with young kids and again Manolis and Maria make sure they are available to the villa residents. Local restaurants are OK with a couple of good ones in Bali and some really good ones slightly up the hills inland. Etouri are happy to organise everything and give good recommendations. Overall this was a wonderful villa with great service before and during your stay. People have mentioned it being like a hotel and it is but with all the privacy, so best of both worlds. If you’re thinking about it then go for it as you won’t find a more relaxing and easy villa where all your needs are met.

We would all like to say a massive thank you for a wonderful week! The villa is amazing. Manolis and Maria are so attentive, always happy to help and nothing to too much. The lovely ladies that come into clean do a brilliant job and make a particularly good moussaka which we all enjoyed greatly. We did not want to leave. Looking forward to having something to celebrate so we can comeback again. Thanks again to you all for a very memorable week.

I have to agree with the previous reviews; this villa deserves 5 stars. We were a family of 8 adults / 5 children and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Due to the size of the villa and the various spaces to relax it worked very well. The staff were fantastic and having Manolis available anytime when we needed assistance was great. They truly care about their guests. Highly recommend etouri and Kostas for booking taxis, car hire, providing recommendations and pretty much being on call 24/7 if required. In terms of Bali it's a quiet area (we were there in April) but it's a nice walk over Panorama and Akrogiali restaurants at the little harbour. They both have great views. It's probably the best villa we've stayed in as a family and we can't wait to return. Thanks again for your hospitality.

A stunning villa that the pictures don’t do justice to. Quality throughout, everything worked, with great social areas but with space to get peace and quiet too. The level of service from the guys on site and etouri was the best we’ve experienced and wished we had taken time to organise more with their help. Special mention for the cleaners, so so good. Restaurants in the area aren’t great with the best meal being a fantastic BBQ the guys did for us in the villa. Will be rebooking for sure.

For those who don’t like lots of sunbathing you have a pool table, jacuzzi, table tennis, and a gym. We were so well looked after by the two carers of the property, from the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warmest of welcomes, and they made our stay all the more enjoyable, they could not do enough for us, they also offered a room services, so you can have breakfast, lunch, coffees juices delivered to your table or sun lounger. The villa also has two wonderful ladies who came in everyday to clean , and change linen and towels every other day, they also treated us to a beautiful home made cake and a delicious moussaka . You can stay by the pool and listen to the sea or wander to the beach, Villa Moana has its own private area on the beach with comfortable sun loungers and cabanas. Here’s what you need to know about Villa Moana: it’s perfect. I want you to understand just what you’re getting when you book it: - The people taking care of you and the house: when you arrive, you’ll meet the best people you’ve ever met in your life – Mr. Manolis & Mr. Leonidas. They will make your experience exponentially superior to any other vacation you’ve had. When you arrive, they’ll be waiting for you, showing you the property, and how everything works. And you’ll need it, since the villa has everything you could ever want: sauna, heated pool, jacuzzi, elevator, a fully stocked kitchen, a movie theater for a dozen people, etc. They’ll show you where the market is, where you can buy your own food, beverages (and they’ll tell you they can go and get that for you). In fact, anything you need, Manolis and Leonidas will do for you. These are extraordinary human beings. Our vacation here would have been very nice if it were just us, but having Manolis and Leonidas just a few steps away made this an unforgettable vacation. You can call them directly and ask them to bring you drinks or food. They’ll come in every morning and clean the pool and jacuzzi and the gardens. EVERY SINGLE MORNING. Two incredible ladies will also show up in the morning, at whatever time you think is best, and make you breakfast – yes, that’s right. They’ll clean the property, change your sheets and towels (every 2 days). This is not like a hotel, it’s MUCH, MUCH, better. I can’t stress this enough: you’re renting a Villa, but the people working for the Villa are what make this a differentiated villa. - The location: Bali is a quiet, small village, which is what we like. The Villa is right on the beach – just cross a road where almost no cars go through, since they try to block it in the summer. In 5 minutes you can walk to a dozen restaurants and another several stores and markets where you can buy everything from food and drinks, to hats and sunscreen. You’ll park your car right in front of the villa. You’ll cross that road barefoot, and arrive in your private beach area. You'll have 12 private beds (2 cabanas). The guys will bring you food and drinks. Perfect. I don’t know how else to put this: Villa Moana is owned by incredible people, operated by the best people, and the Villa itself is perfect – no other Villa has this view, amenities, infrastructure (markets, stores, shops, restaurants), or services. If you’re worried about anything, trust this traveler: don’t.

Photos meet reality! The Villa is fantastic. Excellent quality building (Villa Moana is brand new, perfectly equipped and super clean). The features and the position are just great. Two steps and you reach your private sunbeds on the beach - what a treat! Manolis and Leonidas are incredibly friendly and they really look after you (you need something? Ask them and they'll provide a solution). Close to good Tavernas. But actually you want to stay at home... Remains the hope that every visitor treat this beautiful Villa with respect. We'll come again!
