Perfect condo for our family of 4 - easy walk to beaches and driving to old San Juan, El Yuque also no problem since parking spot is included.

We had a wonderful stay. We are a family of four and the apartment was very comfortable, centrally located to many amenities (including a large grocery store) and quiet at night. The front door drags on the floor and is difficult to open and close - getting that fixed is our only recommendation. We hope to stay there again in the future. We stayed for two nights. It was a great location. Free secure parking (which is a big plus now that my trip is done and we had the catalytic converter stolen off our rental car when we had it parked on the street!) Great to have a washer & dryer. Great shower. AC in each room. Comfy beds. Didn't use the kitchen much but it looked pretty well equipped. Overall pretty lovely place to stay. - oh the door to the apartment seems to have warped a bit probably due to humidity so it scrapes the floor now- makes a kinda loud noise. They might want to get that fixed.

Within walking distance to grocery store, beach, and great restaurants. Comfortable beds and living area. Well stocked kitchen for those home-cooked meals. E-scooters made it fun to zip do other areas in Old San Juan..

Excellent location, safe/secure apartment. Onsite parking, a must for the area. Super clean, nicely decorated and fully stocked. Manuel and Christina were very attentive. If you're looking for a nice place to stay in the Condado/San Juan area this is a great place to stay.

We stayed in this lovely condo for 77 days this winter and it was glorious. The condo has everything you need for a short or long term stay. Snacks, coffee and water were left for us when we arrived which was such a very nice touch. All of the appliances are new and high tech. The beds were very comfortable and the in room air conditioning units were a nice luxury. The location of the condo was convenient to a grocery store just a few blocks away. There is a wonderful park for strolling or sitting also just a few blocks away. We walked to the beach daily which was a quick 10-15 min walk. It was great to check out the stores and restaurants along Ashford Ave on the way to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and nice to just walk and explore. The owner/managers were very responsive to our needs. We locked ourselves out of the condo one day and the were with us in minutes. We loved our winter vacation at this beautiful condo.

The place is great! Clean and all the things you would need (except food, of course!). It was very comfortable and the AC units allowed us to set the house based on need (ex. a little cooler after the beach). It is walking distance to the beach and in the heart of all the Condado action. Easy to get to all kinds of things. I might want a different neighborhood next time but that’s just preference not about this condo. It was a comfortable and safe neighborhood. Had a great time!!

Great location , very quiet neighborhood , near restaurants , very clean condo , and it’s just a beautiful condo I would stay here again in the future .

Our stay at this property was nothing short of awesome. Dulce was there to check us in upon arrival and the check-in process was very simple and pleasant. The house was nicely updated and very clean. Neighborhood was quiet and only a 10-15 minute walk from all of the action on Ashford Avenue. I would definitely stay here again. We are already planning to bring the kids back next year!

The property seems to be newly renovated with updated appliances and decor. The owner was very responsive upon and ensured that our needs were met. The property was identical to the pictures. We felt very safe and secure staying there. The host (Manuel) was accurate and to the point while being helpful as well. We loved our stay and would most definitely return in the future.

We were very pleased with our stay. The property was very clean and well appointed with modern appliances and comfortable furniture. It was well organized, was within walking distance of stores, restaurants, parks and the beach and even offered a view of the ocean.

This place was awesome. Super clean and let me tell you.. they thought of everything! Manuel and his wife were great host, any questions we had like “how to use the awesome oven?” Were answered promptly!

Christina and Manuel are amazing! Great experience all around. The place is amazingly clean and beautiful. The service was superb. Will rent again from them in the future for sure.

Location Location Location. The apartment is so well located - a small quiet street just a turn from Calle Loiza, which is packed with bars and restaurants. A block from the beach of Condado 10 minutes walk from La placita, 10 minutes walk to Lotte 23. The apartment itself is well built, great views, AC that blows ice cold air. The place was clean, the kitchen well equipped, the bathroom and shower were clean and good. The only thing that could be better was water pressure, but this was really a minor issue if any. Communication was also very good, the night before our arrival i got a text and we were even able to check in earlier and leave a bit later at no cost. our host Cristina was amazing throughout the whole time. I will definitely go back to San Juan, and will definitely go back to this amazing place. Can't wait to return!

We’ve been to PR several times, and it was our first getting a VRBO. We love the Condado neighborhood. The apartment is walkable to amazing restaurants, nightlife, a grocery store, and the beach! The apartment had everything we could’ve needed, from beach towels and chairs to kitchen supplies. The rooms were clean, decor was beautiful, and couldn’t have been more comfortable. The building was also very secure, which we liked. Manuel and Cristina were so thorough and ready to help in any way. There was a slight hiccup with our checkin that really wasn’t an inconvenience, but Manuel was so apologetic & even bought our first dinner! We loved this place, and truthfully didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to come back!

The property manager Cristina is amazing. We had a super late flight and she met us at 3am to check in! Everything was as listed. They even provided me us with a brand new pack n play crib so I didn’t have to drag mine along for my son!! Very cute condo. All the comforts of an upscale hotel. Day 2 of our stay we unfortunately experienced the big earthquake that knocked out the power for the whole island. Cristina was in contact with me the entire time with updates from the power company on estimated times for power restoration. They also offered to put us in a hotel while the building was without power. Thankfully we had family we were able to stay with who had a generator and understand this was of no fault of the property owner/manager. Overall a great place to stay if you are in the Condado area.
