Comfortable and beautiful home that worked perfectly for two couples. House is in close proximity to Redondo Beach definitely in walking distance to the pier. The yard is absolutely gorgeous and perfect little oasis in the city. Home is in close proximity to LAX as well that was a nice surprise. We would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend it to others.

This rental was beautiful and in a wonderful, walkable location in proximity to Pagosa Springs! The place was very clean and comfortable, and the hosts were super accessible and accommodating. I highly recommend this place!!

We rented this place for 6 days and it was absolutely a great place. The communication with the owner was prompt and very easy. We would stay here again when visiting family in the South Bay. I have add we stayed here during a series of rain storms and still really enjoyed it, we can’t wait to return when the sun shines.

The house and yard were perfect for us and our dog. The location is convenient for walking to Redondo Pier. The home is equipped with everything you need and the kitchen has everything to make a gourmet meal if you want. The appliances arre new. Everything is clean and the bed is SO comfortable. Carol and Wayne were exceptional hosts. We really enjoyed our nearly three week stay here.

This is a lovely home that lived up to the listing. The owner Carol was wonderful to work with via email and text throughout the process of renting and then during our stay. She even checked in with us to make sure everything was good the day we arrived. There is a fenced backyard with grass and a large enclosure for the dog if needed. It has both sunny and shady areas to choose from. We also enjoyed the wisteria vine covered sitting area that looks out to the backyard. I only wish it had been blooming during our stay. There are lots of blooming plants that we enjoyed during our stay: Plumerias, Lantana and Naked Ladies are just the ones I remember now. The BBQ was pristine. Inside, the house is very tranquil. We only used the master bedroom bed and found it very comfortable. There was lots of closet space with hangers. Having 2 great bathrooms was a luxury so we each staked one out. We love a well appointed kitchen and this kitchen has it all. We cooked several meals and found everything we were looking for. The dining room, with fire place and orchids on the table, was welcoming for our meals. There is a driveway parking space that we didn't use as we have a large truck and were not wanting to block the sidewalk at all. We parked on the street and never had to look for a parking space away from the street adjacent to the driveway. The location has easy access to the beach and lots of shopping and dining areas. We will definitely try to rent this house in the future.

No complaints and everything was wonderful! Loved that dogs were allowed, and the backyard was safe and secure. Also provided dog kennels and bowels. Loved the decorations - felt very relaxing. Will stay again, when coming to Redondo Beach

The property is covered in vegetation, so just be sure to follow the host's instructions on how to find it or you likely will have a little trouble! My husband, myself and our 2 teenagers stayed and we had plenty of room. The Murphy bed and the pull out couch were both comfortable for our children. We would definitely rent this property again!

My children stained her rug and instead of calling me yelling and angry, she simply said she would have to charge me which is completely understandable. I felt awful! It was nice of her to let my rugrats stay in her home. The home is on the corner of prospect which is a busy street but it is completely sheltered from the street with a Beautiful zen garden and a sitting area. The home also had bikes, boogie board, beach towels and a lovely backyard. I used some of Carols sugar and coffee so replaced it- but she has everything you could ever need- like incredible spices and teas plus everything for cooking. Thank you again Carol!

We live in the neighborhood and needed to find temporary housing while some work was being done in our home. This was the perfect place for our little family of four and two small dogs. The host has created a very comfortable environment that has amazing feel-good energy. From the minute I reached out, Carol was so helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond even after we checked out when we thought we had left some things behind. Overall our stay was perfect. This truly is a perfect little house with a great yard. Carol was very helpful from the minute we wanted to book the property. When we arrived the home was clean and beautiful, just as described. Very accommodating for a family of 5 and would like to return as guests in the future.

The pictures of this home are beautiful but it is even better in person. The updates to the kitchens and bathrooms are stunning and every detail was covered and then some!! All of the bungalow charm is still there though! The yard was perfect for our dogs and allowed them some welcomed off leash time. I only wish we had stayed longer and I hope the owners will allow us to stay again when we visit redondo beach.

This is a beautiful home with a private, peaceful outdoor space for relaxing. The photos accurately depict this rental, and it was spotless and very comfortable. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great visit. We look forward to returning!

We loved staying here. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, the beds and other furnishings are very comfortable and the garden is a quiet refuge. We had a great time and would happily stay here again.
