Great location in the heart of Montrose. Appreciated the driveway parking. Perfect setup for us and our baby who was able to have his own room.

Exactly as described. Comfortable beds and safe parking for vehicle(s). Very well-stocked. The only thought would be to add a full-length mirror somewhere in property.

Excellent location, space, and very clean. Next to a slightly loud street but it doesn't reach the bedrooms. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. At the price ($200-$250 a night) I would expect no less. It's almost at a price that contests with the fancy boutique hotels in the area. At the current price, this place wins my vote. If it gets any more expensive, it becomes a much harder sell.

My partner and I had a great stay and loved the fact that we were within 2 miles of basically anything that we wanted to do in the downtown area, plus a ton of great restaurant options within walking distance.
The property was exactly as advertised, really nice open floor plan, quiet reading room, nice kitchen that we used for all breakfasts and a dinner.

We stayed with friends from South Africa and picked the house for it's location. The house was comfortable and it was located in a great location. The Cooking Girl restaurant was perfect and easy to use.

All was well until our first morning when we saw something scuttle across the floor. My spouse stepped on it and when we looked it was a cockroach. We immediately alerted the owner who promptly responded and just said "sorry." We moved out immediately and I requested a refund for all nights except of the first. The owner sent me to VRBO who told me I had to deal with the owner. When I threated to take action, she charged me for 2 nights instead of one and then stopped responding to me. I would not recommend this place unfortunately.

Nicely remodeled house in central location, great part of town. Kitchen and bathrooms were excellent and well stocked. Comfortable beds. Fold out bed was not as pictured and not as comfortable. Hardwood floors creaked and popped loudly.

Two adult couples stayed here for 4 days. The house was even better than the photos and squeaky clean! There was a great coffee shop (Canary Inc.) next door and a very tasty Chinese place (Cooking Girl) right across the street. The location was on a quiet street and also close the the Museum District.
We'll definitely stay here again.

We all enjoyed the bungalow! Plenty of open living space - a well stocked kitchen with coffee makers including some K cups. Great central location. Short drive or Uber to anywhere.

This house is beautiful and location is close to everything you want to visit in Houston. The Asian restaurant literally next door, across the street was awesome. I will definitely be renting this property again.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was exceptionally clean and very convenient to all our family wedding activities! I highly recommend this house for it's walkable neighborhood too, there were several wonderful restaurants nearby.
The only room for improvement would be a more comfortable, structurally sound couch for the living room. This would be an easy fix and make this house much more comfortable. Other than the couch, this house was perfect :-) Thank you!

Tranquil and lovely
Layout is fantastic! Furnishings are high quality, attractive and minimal. Even with location so close to Montrose, the place was very quiet.
Note to owner, we did struggle with the front door handle, two of us could not open it with multiple tries, we had to be let in by one of our party who had stayed behind to work.

Lovely bungalow
This was a really good find. It is in a very good location and it is a clean, very pretty, remodeled house. The property manager is very easy to communicate with staying here was a good experience.

Just as pictured!
We enjoyed our stay as we were in town for a wedding. Perfect location. Everything so clean! Just as pictured. Very well stocked with anything you will need. Great place to stay!

Great Property
The home is spotless and conveniently located with easy parking in the attached driveway. We appreciated the luxury linens and bath amenities. Easy walk to several coffee shops, pizza, and other restaurants. We would absolutely stay again if we return to Houston.

Photos don’t do it justice
Great little bungalow—beautifully and thoughtfully designed. great location—HEB is less than a mile away—Barnaby’s is walking distance, as are several other restaurants. Our kids didn’t come after all, but there was plenty of room. There’s a Plan B if you lock yourself out (which I did!) . I’ll be back!

Nice, quiet house
This house was clean, had ample space and basic amenities. Close to everything in Montrose, and in a quiet area. We really enjoyed our staycation here.

Great location and property
The only fault I have with the property is the sofa….and it’s an issue. The back is not attached and you don’t know until it’s too late. One of us fell backwards. Makes it impossible for more than one person to be comfortable. Otherwise the kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy, it’s new and clean and the location is great. BuT many people have complained about that non-sofa.

Perfect Houston / Montrose Spot!!
I can’t rave enough about this property! We absolutely loved our stay and it felt like home!
1. The hosts are INCREDIBLY thoughtful and thorough.
2. The house is so very cute and CLEAN!!! It’s also well stocked with anything anyone would need.
3. The location!!! WOW! So close to so many great restaurants and the museum campus and so many other great experiences.

The home was as advertised. The house was clean and the linens were very soft. The couch was a little tricky, but the stay was very comfortable.

Great location, newly renovated cottage.
Just one block off Montrose, but in a very quiet area. We were there for the museums and they were a 10 min. drive down Montrose. Restaurants and shopping close by. Lovely, newly renovated cottage. Couldn't have been better!

Great House
This is a great little house in a very safe area. The property manager was very accommodating since we needed an early check in and a late check out because of my sons surgery at MD Anderson. The house is equipped with everything you need and has great towels & bedding. They have taken great care of the house and attention to detail. It also has a cute little backyard that my 2 year old grandson loved playing in. It definitely made an unfortunate situation at least comfortable while we waited & my son was recovering. Thank you again for the hospitality. Amy

long weekend getaway
We visited to see our grandchildren for the first time since the pandemic. The neighborhood is great, wonderful parking that is off street. Great kitchen, bath, comfortable beds, pillows and towels. Great AC/heat. We will be back. Thanks
