The location on the beach is perfect with a large balcony with table and loungers, great if you dont want to sit on the hot beach all day. It was very clean and comfortable with everything you need plus complementary wine, water and hot drinks. We have stayed here twice and been great both times.

It can get a bit noisy with all the other neighbours so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Todella hyvä sijainti rannalla lähellä kaikkia palveluita. Isolta parvekkeelta upea merinäköala. Hyvä valikoima keittiövälineitä. Pyyhkeitä, lakanoita ja tyynyjä riittävästi. Parvekkeella oli hieno katsoa auringonlaskua.

Sänky hieman kapea, mutta pieneen makuuhuoneeseen ei suurempi sopisikaan. Rikkalapio tai imuri olisi tarpeellinen, koska hiekkaa kertyy sisälle. Ulko-ovi pitää häiritsevästi ääntä, se kannattaisi vaihtaa.

Sofa/bed not comfortable for seating or sleeping

Family of 3 stayed 6 nights. Great apt with superb view few steps to the Sea. No sounds of traffic. Very easy Check-in at the airport at 10 PM and Check-Out with no hassle. Got welcome package and beach towels. Very clean apartment, has everything one needs. 3rd floor two lifts. Good services all around the area.

Apartments door to the stairway which is quite annoying because it catches the floor thus is hard and noisy to open/close.

The owner was very friendly and provided me with a parking lot in a building nearby.

They were very nice to let us check in much earlier tham usual.

The view is stunning and the balcony gives extra space

Everything was as good as we expected, but in the wintertime sun is so low that it is hard to get your laundry dry. The washing machine is a great bonus though.

Fantastic location directly across from the beach, good size balcony.Everything provided in your apartment for your stay- loads of towels, dishes, bottle of wine and water on arrival, even coffee pods for the coffee machine, fabulous.

Only issue would be no air con, in summer might be a problem, fine for us in February

The location, the view and the terrace are superb, I cannot think of a better place for a beach holiday on Gran Canaria. The apartment itself has all you might need; everything is clean and working, including great internet. I had to make a few work related video conference calls and I had no problems at all. If I was the owner, I would get a designer to redo the interior, take some professional photos and charge a lot more for the night. As it stands now, while it is not cheap, it is actually a really good deal for what you're getting.

There's nothing I didn't like. Just one thing that was not clear before I arrived - the parking is a bit further away from the apartment, so you need to park at some paid garage while you do the check in. There is one just in front of the building. Oh and the apartments itself is not in the building that is marked on the map, but pretty much next to it. All the photos were completely accurate though.
