Brilliant location for Airport, Knossos and archeological museum. Modern spacious rooms.

Would like to see a seating area, perhaps with coffee.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber mit gutem Lichtkonzept. Die Nähe zur Altstadt und zum archäologischen Museum. Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse gebucht und waren unangenehm überrascht, als wir im Erdgeschoss direkt am Eingang ein Zimmer bekommen haben. Die Terrassen sind einfach nur Teile der Hauptterasse an der Hauptstraße und laden nicht zum verweilen ein (siehe Fotos, Terrasse hinter den Sitzgruppen). Die Lage ist einerseits gut - aber in der Nacht leider überhaupt nicht erholsam. Lauter Verkehr bis in die frühen Morgenstunden und der Flugverkehr haben uns eine sehr schlechte Nacht beschert. Die Verglasung der Fenster war hier für uns nicht ausreichend. Ähnlich unglücklich sind die Vorhänge. Denn obwohl es zwei Arten Vorhänge gibt, sind die festeren Vorhänge nicht ausreichend abdunkelnd (siehe Foto). Die begeisterten Bewertungen können wir leider nicht teilen.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Klein und fein. Ca. 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Alles ist Fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz vor der Tür ist natürlich auch top.

Location - it is just close to the KTEL bus station, with a taxi rank just outside. A short walk up a gentle slope takes you to the centre of Heraklion, it is also on the city bus route for a number of other options to explore and discover this beautiful and historic city. Room - the beds are comfortable, the decor is beautiful and if you get a suite with a sea view you can watch the life of the port with the Athens ferries arriving and departing. As always Dimitris and Mary are helpful and welcoming. We have never had breakfast as we are normally up and about early for a travel connection or to explore Heraklion.

Everything! Place was great, room was amazing, beds and pillows so comfortable and the staff were just the best, so friendly. Communications fantastic. The little treats like the homemade lemonade and spirit were just taking things to next level.
