hello the water was very low in the shower we asked for table also the shower was is dangerous he cut is arm badly he fell due to the floor very slippy he fut is arm badly we have to see a docter we ask for a plastic mat and they never came not good we ask for a redund back asap

24-hour desk helps with late arrivals on the last flight. Most of the staff communicate confidently in English. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very good.

Two single beds to make a double bed? The touch screen in the room didn't work but it wasn't necessary. Some old items were left in the fridge from a previous customer. That's a bit slack.

Staff were friendly. Food in restaurant was really nice and value for money. Nice breakfasts available (service very hit and miss). Room decent in size - 612 on side of hotel - very little natural sunlight due to enormous palm tree leaves blocking most light out. There was an old fashioned "safe" in the bedroom - BUT NO KEY to lock or unlock.

As a disabled person my review is based on disabled facilities.... THIS HOTEL IS NOT SUITABLE FOR DISABLED GUESTS... no hearing loop for deaf guests, elevator not suitable for wheelchairs, no ramps, no gri0rails (incl bathrooms) and NO PATKING on site - Hotel advertises FREE parking is available. NO ONSITE PARKING (SEND YOU TO A PARKING GARAGE 800M AWAY)... meanwhile very easy to actually have parking at hotel entrance if the rental car agency moved their cars. BEDS could do with new matrasses. Located at very busy and noisy public intersection - lots of noise till 1.30am Public disabled parking outside hotel MAFIA STYLE run - "belongs to who ever owns the store immediatelyat parking space" - BOTH VERY CLOSE BLUE BADGE SPACES in front of PHARMACIES - who threatened to call police (see images).

the bathroom smells badly of sewer. there are only 3 plugs in a room for three people, no conditioner. the rooms are very simple and not fancy at all which is fine but does not justify the price of the rooms.

In my opinion, the hotel is great. Clean, well-kept and very urolkiwy. The staff tries to help in every situation. The staff are open-minded and very friendly. The breakfasts are very tasty. Amazing view from the terrace at the bar. I have very pleasant memories of my stay at this hotel. I would love to be there again. Regards Nikkos and Georgie. I am very pleased and recommend it.
