We had a group of 11 people from 8 years to 74. The house was perfect. Lots of room for all and a wonderful large pool. The view is the most beautiful one could imagine. You definitely need a car or 2. Beaches are close and there are nice local restaurants within 15 to 20 minutes. Trips to the important historical ruins involve planning though as they are much farther away. Rosa, who is Despina’s friend and contact for anything you need is helpful and ready to assist in any way. She is kind, interesting and a pleasure to speak with. A true gem!! As a special bonus, her husband has a travel agency, Stavros Tours (I think that’s the official name.) Stavros is fun and personable and extremely knowledgeable about all things Greek, past and present. He can plan any trip you may be interested in and make suggestions as well. Our trip with Stavros and his guide to Athens was unforgettable and made so easy from arranged transportation to the museum and lunch at a wonderful local tavern and more. If you are seeking a beautiful home with plenty of room, an evening breeze, and an unparalleled view, a little bit away from the busy life, this might be the place!

The property was perfect for my family. The view from the villa was amazing. Despina was so nice to come by and bring us a welcome gift. Rosa and Stavros helped us with everything from transportation, restaurant suggestions and touring. The house was well suppled with all the cooking equipment we needed to make our stay easy. We had all our meals on balcony. The view was spectacular day and night. Also my husband said he wished we had as good water pressure at home. The pool was enjoyed by all. We loved every minute, thank you so much. We didn't want to leave. Hope to be able to go back sooner than later.

After a week in Rhodes, we were scheduled to stay 4 days in this incredible home on a beautiful hilly area overlooking the sea near Marathanos. However, my husband was injured in Symi. You'd think that might have ruined our trip, but we decided to make our way to Dikastika anyway. Luckily, he got to recover in this lovely, comfortable place, with stunning sea views and a great pool. Our hosts brought us fruit and homemade bread, groceries, helped us get taxis and recommended a great hospital for my husband and wonderful local restaurants for our young, adult children. What could have been a sad time, will become instead a treasured memory. There are not enough stars or thanks to give Despina, her sister, Marika and everyone who helped us!

This villa is in amazing spot , great neighborhood, great view!. Despina was there to greet us , our flight arrived early in the morning and we were able to check in right away . She greeted us and gave the tour of the house , there was few things like no air conditioning in the main house only in the bedrooms, also in the description of the house it said that shampoo and soap will be provided (we got one for the 5 bathrooms). But these were minor things .Overall house is very specious, and I can’t say enough about the pool !! Pool is just amazing and in my opinion main attraction for this house !!!Dedspina is a threat hosts and very quick to respond to any questions or requests from us!!
