The bed was fine, felt soft and gave a good night's rest.There was no bedbugs. The bedsheet was clean. Overall a good experience.

The ventilation was okay, the room didn't feel stuffy.There was no bad smells as such. Natural light was sufficient.

I had the best night's sleep in ages thanks to the plush bed and the fresh, clean room. The room was so clean it sparkled, and the bed was so comfy I wished I could take it home.

The staffs were really nice and friendly. Bathroom were clean A nice budgeted hotel, very nice staff, rooms were clean and comfortable bed. A worth recommended hotel.

Its a prepaid trip, while entering the property the reception guy not let us in without paying 120 Rupees extra, he told you can complain also in website., & cleanliness was very poor cockroaches everywhere, bed spreads smelling bad, taps not working, broken window in bathroom no privacy. TV channels was not working told three times no support, for Hotwater multiple follow ups.. Totally not worth for family stay.

Inappropriate Behaviour of the staff. No cleanliness of room. size of room was very small. Mentioned amenities not provided. No lights in the corridor. Given non AC room even my booking is for AC Since I booked through booking.com the staff was clearly satisfied and requested to book offline.Because of it he has picked and given worst rooms in the hotels. When I asked for better room he replied rudely by saying this what you will get

The location of hotel is in good place and silent area

This hotel is not for family stay, there is no facility as they mentioned, no hot water, no tv, ac is for name sake, no parking facility, worst experience with this stay, don't prefer for family stay, staff are not responding for anything

We were asked to paid more even after we reserved it in bookings.com. the bed was not clean , there were leftovers of hair all over the bed. The staff was rude. There is a window in the lobby , from where everything is fully watchable whats happening in the bathroom. Worst experience ever

This is the worst hotel i ever stayed, there is no proper maintenance, i had a multiple call to reception for complaints. Morning hot water wasn’t available, if i call to the reception they simply told heater not working for plumbing issue tomorrow and day after tomorrow as well, imagine in Bangalore morning if there is no hot water how can we bath even they not apologise in rude tone they told these reasons. I went there with my family it’s was horrible experience. I was already payed for three days in cant check out pathetic management. Then there is other story in booking.com per day fair 700 + tax if we directly went to hotel 1200 + tax, one guy booked from oyo for one day stay in reception they declined to check in they ask 1200 per day then they told we didn’t confirm booking check oyo with rude behaviour. Finally while checking out they ask to submit review in reception itself with smiling face just think how i felt that time work hotel 0 ratingd.
