Room was really small

Nice place, main lights didn't work second day. Pullout couch was not particularly comfortable. Pillows were hard and lumpy. Location good and clean and bathroom fine. Good value for us. Thank you

Good size room in a unique building and good location.

No lift (probably said when i was booking it but didn't see that) and was at the very top so hard to get luggage up so many steps

Clean comfortable, everything there and well presented, even enough tea bags and milk for a big tea drinker, well thought out accommodation

I couldn't turn the heat down 26° c all night Shower patchy hot and cold certainly woke me up when it went cold midshower

I was fantastic and the best value for money I have ever had! Small room, nice little bathroom and a small kitchen. They even supplied washing uo liquid. I paid just over £50 for my nights stay and it was absolutely fantastic. The location was also great. Easy access from the airport with 1 bus. The bus stop was only 5 minutes walk away from the suite.

Nothing at all

The location and area is very nice. It’s easy to access through the use of codes.

Security issue with the main door, some of the other guests or staff didn’t close it properly at times and someone came in off the street trying to enter rooms.

the room was very spacious and clean. it had a small but well equipped kitchen. It is about a 15min walk from the center.

we had an issue with the bathroom door, but it was fixed

Good value for money clean , comfortable and close to city centre.

Facilities and Uber to central places

We were initially on top floor, which has lots of stairs, however the owners moved us as quick as possible

Was central to getting to were we needed to be which was the university

Wasn't as clean as it could be. Few stains on furniture, curtains. The shower taps were quite difficult to get to the right temperature and hot water was far to hot. One of the light switches was broken.

cannot completely close the bathroom window also they turn off heating if you ask for room cleaning

The building was beautiful and quiet in a lovely area. Rooms were lovely too
