Very comfortable apartment, well equipped and in a great location close to the cathedral. Good communication with the hosts and they even left a bottle of Prosecco, cake and milk which was much appreciated. We hope to return someday.

This was mine and my wife's second stay here and it was absolutely fantastic as it is everytime. Looks great, kept beautifully cleaned, a home from home 🥰

Everything was so much greater than I'd expected! Beautiful town view, cozy rooms, silence...etc. I'll definitely going to stay again.
There are two keys for two different doors, but it's kind of hard to see which is which. It'd be better if they have their own mark or something.

The WiFi was fast and reliable. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The bed was large and very comfortable. The apartment was in a very quiet location and an easy walk to the local sights and restaurants, etc. The bathroom was a reasonable size and worked well with good water pressure and temperature controls. The appliances all worked well and the apartment was well equipped. Loved the Netflix and Amazon was wonderful. The couch was comfortable. Nice view across the valley and parking was very good.
Bathroom lighting could be better and the bathroom mirror light only worked when it wanted to. I am not a big fan of a washer/dryer in the one machine but it worked well. It just takes longer to do two loads of washing. We would definitely stay here again when next in Lincoln.

I love everything about the apartment and the location. It was just a 2-minute walk to the Lincoln Castle. I was welcomed with a bottle of champagne and cakes. Everything was perfect. And yes, aside from the smart TV, there was a DVD with an array of movies to choose from, which brought back some nostalgic memories for me.

Being able to open up the apartment onto the deck and sit outside just taking in the view was the highlight for me.
The apartment was comfortable and well equipped and the owner communication excellent.

Our Host kept in touch from the moment we booked the apartment and pinged us during and after our stay to ensure everything was okay.

All the essentials were provided tea coffee etc. fantastic location for the cathedral and castle and restaurants,pubs and shops. Hosts left us cakes and Prosecco a lovely addition.

Bedroom is good and bed is big (separate postcode big). Nice sitting room area with TV. Good outside seating and kitchen was well equipped. Excellent location near Castle Square with private parking.
Garden area could be better maintained but limited due to possible archaeology. Owners are refurbishing the building but it will look excellent when finished. Steps down from car park need care.

The views, the location to Lincoln’s Bailgate area, it’s got everything you could want, very comfortable and beautifully furnished. Valerie was also very helpful with checking in information.

Location, location, location! Great to have a parking space. Huge comfy bed, separate lounge and kitchen area. Also has a big patio area with seating included in accommodation.

This lovely property is in an ideal location to explore Lincoln and enjoy the sites of the city. If you have car it’s easy to access and parking is convenient. We enjoyed the privacy and it felt quite relaxing having an outdoor space with a whole place to ourselves. It is well appointed, quiet and comfortable. We will absolutely stay here when we return to Lincoln.
Appliances are a little different than in the US and I never did figure out how to run the dryer. The instruction book at property does a good job of explaining all of them but a few just didn’t work like the mirror light in the bathroom. Those are minor details in an otherwise lovely property.

The place was perfect, comfy, clean, with everything you could need, outside seating and with parking together with mill, cakes and prosecco, also very near to cathedral & shops, what more could you need.

Very well appointed kitchen, milk and Prosecco in the fridge, cake , very comfy bed, cleaning materials and basic cooking condiments in the cupboard. (We brought our own but did not have to use them). Parking right next to the property and less than five minutes walk from pubs and restaurants. Simple, comprehensive instructions left in the studio. Bathroom spotless. In a hilly area it was easily accessible with only a short slope to a number of local attractions. Would highly recommend to others.

Bed was wide , long ,supplied with duvet and quilt of a very good quality, plenty of pillows and an expensive mattress , but we found it a little too soft for our elderly backs . We're accustomed to an orthopaedic mattress , but we think you made a sensible choice for a wide range of renters who will find it luxuriously comfortable .
