Language issues

This is a nice park-like environment with beautiful trees. The rooms are large, modern and clean and the staff polite and eager to help. Parking is good under shaded roof. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others, so the negatives noted should be seen in that light. They are constructive criticisms, not reasons not to visit.

There was no furniture in the room on which to open and unpack suitcases, despite the room being admirably spacious. The options were to kneel on the cold floor or put bags on the sofa, meaning we then couldn't sit in it to watch TV. This didn't matter much because there were no channels to watch anyway, just Thai-language broadcast TV. (This conflicts with information on bookings.com. Every other guest there when we stayed was non-Thai). The disappointing thing is that both these points and lacks have been noted by previous guests, but the issues have not been addressed. Restaurant staff were keen to help, and did so, but despite 12%, (for example), of the population of UK being vegetarian, and similar percentages prevailing in other European countries, there was barely a non- meat option on the menu. This isn't good enough in 2023. Bookings.com notes AMEX accepted, but reception said not. This inaccurate information didn't matter to me, with multiple cards, but what would have happened if a guest arrived with only AMEX, having been assured on Bookings.com site that that would be o.k.?

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with somewhat limited number of options but the food was well prepared and delicious

a bit out of Khao Yai tourist attraction.

Room is clean and new, ambience is great not to mention the fresh air. Staff are very polite and Breakfast menu is excellent. Met the owner who was so friendly and humble. Highly recommended

Abit far from Khao Yai city area

Huge room .very quiet place. comfortable bed . Noiseless Air conditioning. Swimming pool at right temperature not too cold not too hot..small lake with pedalboat available . breakfast with real expresso coffee and good buffet .. omelette available. Restaurant has a lot of choices, local and westerner food at correct price. Staff very friendly
