Great ACs in both bedrooms, love that beach towels are provided.

I fell in back porch - slipped on mat. Couch is old and dirty. Not safe parking in street.

Lovely host - responsive and helpful. The property itself is comfortable, sweet, and in a perfect location for easy access to La Pared and Luquillo's main drag. Lots of convenient places to get coffee, drinks, food. The backyard is a wonderful space and we loved having an outdoor shower!

Only comment is that the kitchen seemed a little light on supplies - soap, silverware.

The location was great. Easy walk to the beach, and restaurants were just around the corner. The house is small, but it is very good use of the space. The back garden is the perfect place to sit with a cool drink!

great location, charming and beautiful clean home with upgraded kitchen, bathroom and good AC. the back yard is so private and serene. you can walk many places. the hosts are lovely, responsive, helpful, and live close by. it’s more beautiful than the pictures. don’t sleep on this one!

The property is well maintained and very clean. It had all of the cooking supplies needed. The mattresses were very comfortable. We were able to use our Rocu there to watch our Netflix, Hulu etc.. Love the back patio! Cute little lizards made appearances and the sounds of koki frogs at night was cool..surprisingly loud!

We didn't need to sleep on the sofa bed couch but if your considering it, it is the old type with bars that you feel, so something to consider. The beach chairs are very heavy. We didn't need them but if your counting on using them its a consideration. The beaches right there aren't for swimming too much. A surf beach out front and the one we walked to had no beach but the water was nice. Luquilla beach is not far but parking lot/ access closes at 5 pm and closed on Mon and Tuesday.

House was amazing just a lot of mosquitoes in here so we got bitten up also lots of fire ants in the kitchen n bathroom dont forget ur eating utensils no AC in the house just the rooms have AC

Small house restored in beautiful simplicity inside and outside. Super clean and well-appointed, down to each drawer. The back patio is heavenly. This is much more than a place to crash. Nice amenities. Short walk to La Pared beach area.

At least on weekends it’s noisy at nite from neighbor’s music, nearby bar, loud cars. But it stops. The sofa is uncomfortable. No indirect lighting.
