good location, cozy, clean, efficient to use,

convenient location for bioluminescent kayaking

when we arrived, the owner told us the water would be turned off in 15 mins and would be back on later. when we arrived back from the bioluminescent kayaking, we needed to shower and were informed that they’d be turning off the cisterns in 15 mins…leaving 2 people 15 mins to shower, brush teeth, etc. The only water available for those 15 mins was freezing. would not recommend staying here and honestly appalled we had to pay for a booking that essentially had no running water

We loved the location. We walked to the marina for our bioluminescent tour and to local food spots that were delicious. We were just minutes from two excellent beaches. We were able to borrow 5 beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, and umbrellas from the property which was such an added bonus. The property was spotless and the view of the sea from the balcony was an added surprise. We also appreciated the assigned parking. This was the best spot for our trip to eastern PR. We hope to rent this location again next year upon our return.

Nothing about the property. Everything was clean and the location cannot be beat. Know that Fajardo generally has many roosters who wake up early.

Proximity to Kayak Village, surprisingly large bedrooms, great clear instructions.

The place is huge and conveniently located. Safe and the Hostess was in communication the entire time I was there. I would 100% stay here again when in Fajardo

Everything was great!

Parking was easy and secure. The balcony overlooking the bay was our favorite spot. Apartment with kitchen was spacious. Great location. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers all provided. Access to kayaking and water taxis are steps away. Beach is a fifteen minute walk, or you can drive for five minutes.

Internet was only available on back balcony and the bedroom closest to it. But, it worked great there. Hot water was temperamental. No phone to connect with water taxi (cell service didn’t work)

everything was great. we enjoyed our stay. it took us a little bit to figure out hot water but it was well explained in the guide.

The roofed balcony on the back is nice and the wifi was great there. Our place was clean. We loved opening the back door and letting the breeze blow though and listening to the ocean. The beach towels, chairs and coolers were a nice feature to have.

The beds were not comfortable.

The beds were comfy and location and key was easy to find

The shower was so small and no oceanview like it said there was.

It overlooks the noisiest spot in town, with loud music at night on the weekends until fairly late.

Everything was close and the communication of the host!

That everything closes really early, it was like 9pm and we couldn’t find a place to eat or anything!

Loved the location and kitchen.

It was pretty warm when we got there. It took about an hour to cool the place down because ac was off.
