Not clean , so many bugs the said TERMITES

everything necessary was included down to beach chairs, beach cooler, washer/dryer (tho don’t use either while showering) coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, cooking pots and utensils plus cups and plates. there is also ground coffee and sugar plus condiments. the view from the deck of the 9th floor is glorious. swinging chairs are cute but not as comfortable as perhaps a regular chair might be but we enjoyed nevertheless.

getting to the property was a bit tricky but it’s right next to Banco Popular so use that as your landmark. the boardwalk doesn’t run in front of the high rise so you need to walk on beach a bit to get to what is considered the town. don’t go to El Flamboyan as it’s a dump!

Didn’t realize the bed was not in a closed room the refrigerator was not stable. you open it and it feels like it will fall 2 tall chairs are peeling. where if you sit and get up the material sticks to you the one leg on the couch was busted. we had to put a book Uber it to keep it balance

The view from this apartment was absolutely stunning. We sat on the balcony most of our time. Quick walk to beach and very secure/safe building.

We liked the swings on the balcony but also would have enjoyed a table with chairs.

We loved the location. We also loved hearing the sound of the ocean in our room.

The only thubg I would have liked was to have the ability to see the local news.

Located right by the beach so the view was amazing. Located close enough to convenient stores and places to eat. The day before my arrival, Rafael sent over a link where he had recommendation of places to eat, activities, house rules and assured me that if I needed anything, he was available. Apartment was stocked up with extra towels and pillows. The kitchen had supplies where we were able to cook or make coffee. Very clean. Overall a great stay.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay here! Rafael is an amazing host as he responded almost immediately to questions I had before and during our stay. His place was clean and had all the basic amenities we could need like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a beach cooler, beach chairs, a lot of towels along with an equipped kitchen for cooking! The location on the beach is perfect but we would definitely recommend renting a car if you want to do more than just sit on the beach. There also were not many restaurants within walking distance so for that reason I’d also recommend renting a car as the kiosks are a short drive away. I highly recommend checking those out, taking a day trip to old San Juan and visiting the rainforest! Thank you for letting us stay at your place Rafael!
