A beautiful little home within walking distance of the beach. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the coquis each night. The inside is very nice as well. The couch was very comfortable! We loved all the windows and the balcony sunlight.

There was no AC in one of the rooms (with the two beds). An extra fan was provided but even with that fan and the ceiling fan it was 80 degrees in there. I would have opened windows but didn’t want anything creeping in with our child sleeping in there. The landlord was very friendly. However, I did not receive prior communication at all with any instructions. I had to call during our dinner out to determine location of our house and instructions for getting inside. On top of that we could only pay through Zelle or cash. We had a long day and trying to download the app and connect to bank and everything was a bit annoying. All of this hassle would be cleared with clear instructions prior to arriving at the house. But again, we appreciated the home and the friendliness of owner.

Gospodarz powitał nas osobiście. Dom bardzo ładny, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, mały ogródek na tyłach, pralka i suszarka do dyspozycji. Parking na posesji. Pierwszy raz usłyszeliśmy w nocy żabę coqui, nie bądźcie zaskoczeni :)

Na ciepłą wodę w kranie trzeba było długo czekać, myliśmy się w zimnej wodzie. Na łóżku pod prześcieradłem szeleszczące foliowe zabezpieczenie materaca, bardzo niekomfortowo się spało.

Love the location, close to the beaches! We had 12 people in our group & there was plenty of room for all of us!! Hosts were great! ❤️ When we come back definitely will check & see if this is available.

During my stay at the rental home, I found the location to be quite pleasant and the check-in process was straightforward. The hosts were impressively responsive and communication was smooth. However, there were notable issues that affected our experience. We encountered the inconvenience of dealing with deceased roaches and were surprised by the mismatch between the advertised sofa bed's capacity and its actual suitability for an adult. It was disappointing to discover that there were no extra sheets, blankets, or towels provided for any of the beds or occupants. The condition of the home also left much to be desired, as evidenced by deteriorating closet doors and a worn countertop. The loft bed posed a safety concern, as it seemed on the verge of toppling over when even slightly shaken. The overall outdated state of the home was evident through various aspects, including a couch with visible staples and a sinking structure. Hygiene was also an issue, with a leaking toilet and a less-than-clean shower, compounded by the general lack of cleanliness in the living space, particularly the floors. Washer and dryer as listed were not in working condition. In sum, the rental home's condition and amenities fell short of expectations, largely due to its outdated and poorly maintained state.

The unwelcoime insects. very unexpected

The beds was dirty, sand in the beds, bedsheets was torn, towels smelled bad, the toilette was leaking. Very poor cleaning in this facility
