staff very nice, it is obvious they think long term. spa is 10, food is absolute ok for the value, good diversity, they clean instant, Turkish management in restaurant, everything 10. we compare apple to apple.

I liked the quality of food. It was diverse, with many vegetables prepared in different ways, so suitable for children. I liked the children club which is a great asset for parents traveling alone with kids, because they can be entertained there for many hours. And the fact that at any time there is a sport activity that you can attend.

It wasnt anything that bothered me in any way. Everything was great!

Exceptional location, services, facilities and food. Not cheap, but worth the price. Awesome location for travelling with kids.

The beach part could have used a more thorough cleaning.

The fact that the cleaning of the room was performed around 15:00-16:00 which collided with the time the children were sleeping. The fact that there were not enough umbrellas on the main restaurant terrace, this caused that during lunchtime 40% of the tables were in direct sunlight (32-35 degrees) not suitable for eating.

Large and diverse swimming pools (both for adults and kids). Well appointed rooms. A lot of food options - I recommend the a la carte restaurant in particular. Well equipped beach and pool areas. Shows were organized during the evenings.

Even though they were new(ish), the beds weren't confortable. The staff was already overloaded (in June, when the hotel wasn't full). There were a lot of flies in the food area. The parking lot was quite far from the room.

The room sizes are large, the stuffs are kind, you feel that is a five stars hotel. I was few years ago on sunny beach in a 5 stars hotel, but here the quality of the drinks and foods extremely good. For example the beers are becks, Stella Artois, but there are baileys, aperol, good wines, coca cola company products. At morning fresh orange juice, the ice tea also delicious. So compared to other hotels on sunny beach here are quality drinks and not local Bulgarian no name drinks. The ice cream, the variety of foods are extremely large. Minim 30 different kind of cheese, fruits. So it worth the money. The mini bar also free and every morning fill it up. There are twix, two beers, wines, cola, fanta. I absolutely recommend. The pools are not exagerated, the beach is close. It seems that the building is new, there are a lot of design furnitures, so in design terms it is also a fantastic hotel. In the snack bar the burgers and the fish foods also extremely delicious.

I think it's not fair, if everybody pay for all inclusive and somebody get different service... everybody equal but exists more equals. I am thinking about that last dinner was in the restaurant close to the sea and there was a group of people approx 16. They got a lot of shrimps, mussels and different kind of seafoods, which was not served on the all inclusive tables. So they ordered or i don't know how they got separately different food... The other thing is when we ask a cocktail the stuff can't mix two times the same cocktail. For example when I asked a Gin Fizz cocktail, sometimes o got with lemon juice, sometimes just gin and tonic, sometimes with syrup. So if you find a cocktail which you think this is your taste, forget it because next time will be different. It's the same in aperol spritz etc. The other thing when we arrived we parked far from the reception, and we waited approx 20 minutes for a transport car but it's not arrived so we walked. It's ok, because we was in couple just beside of us, there was a family with little baby and baby car and they had a lot of languages... In the snack bar the stuffs little bit lazy, there needs to wait for the food a lot and sometimes forget what to ordered.

The hotel is new, everything is spotless clean, rooms are very big, we were given a free upgrade to a side-sea view room which was lovely! Kids facilities were great, they have their own pool, playground next to the pool, the beach is right in front of the hotel. The most amazing part was the restaurant: absolutely great food (which is not very common for all inclusive), we also tried the a la carte restaurant, but honestly food in the main restaurant was so delicious that we didn't need anything more. Staff was always very polite and friendly, smiling, trying to help, they even made efforts to say a few words in our language. :) Plus, they all could speak English, which is not very common for Bulgarian hotels. They had evening activities for kids, mini-disco, the animation team was always there tempting us with some games. It was a lovely experience, better than many other 5* hotels we have experienced and for sure we take into consideration a longer staying there next time!

Exceptional, exceeding the expectations, highly recommended! Everything was at the highest possible level: location, staff, services, food, rooms, facilities. One of the best hotels at the Black Sea in Bulgaria, for sure!
