Beautiful guesthouse in each detail. Maggi, the owner, is extremely helpful and caring for the good stay of each guest. Maria is also very sweet and kind. We liked everything - the room is spacious and stylish, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, everywhere is super clean, breakfast was real pleasure and most important, we were welcomed with our dog who also loved it there. This place was a discovery in the heart of beautiful Varna. Only few minutes on foot from all you need. Thank you, Maggi and Maria!

The owner Maggie - she really turned our stay into the special time it was. Always avaiable for questions although there was already a nice presentation of the city after our arriving. We liked the eye for details and also that everything was so clean.

My wife and I spent a couple of days in Varna at the beginning of September, 2022. The boutique hotel is very well located, on a walking distance to Varna's old center or to the beach, in a quite area. Excellent restaurants nearby, at the beach or in the Port/Harbor area. The room was big enough, with a very comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. Rich and varied breakfast. Special thanks and appreciations to the host, Maggie, who did everything she could to make us feel great, during our stay. She even helped me to find a parking slot for my car (parking can be a problem in Varna) and with reservations for the restaurants, as well. It was a real pleasure discussing different topics to her in the morning, from politics to social issues, especially since the Romanians and Bulgarians share, more or less, the same challenges and pain points. Many thanks, Maggie and I'm sorry I didn't find the time to post this review sooner. The room was located near the stairs, so I could hear everybody passes by. Not an issue, just a recommendation: although we had more than 100 TV channels, I think that might be a good idea to have the possibility to use our streaming service subscriptions on Netflix, Disney+ or Amazon Prime, with no cost for the host whatsoever (it's just to have the apps downloaded on a Smart TV, so I could login into my accounts).

The City Boutique Inn is a truly memorable stay from the moment you arrive at their doors. You change to clean slippers as you come inside, then greeted by an amazing host who makes sure your stay with them is unforgettable. The hospitality is topnotch: from a delicious breakfast to pristine clean interior of the common space and of every room. You truly feel like you are a guest of honor when you stay with Maggie. I would highly recommend this mini hotel to anyone visiting Varna.

City Boutique Inn was a really nice hotel. The rating and all the good comments are true. The room was as clean as a room ever can be, it was nicly decorated, the breakfast was really good and the owner of the hotel was super nice. She gave us a lot of information both before our stay and when we arrived as for example where to park the car (which therefore never was a problem) and what to see and visit in Varna. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. There is a nice restaurant just outside the hotel and if you walk about 5 minutes there are many more.

This accomodation is of a consistently high standard. The rooms are very clean, spacious and do not lack anything a traveler needs. The beds are very comfortable and offer a very good rest. The breakfast offered plenty of good fresh food. The host, Maggie, made our stay to remember for many years to come. She is very helpfull, friendly, generous and creative. Staying with Maggie made our holliday more pleasant and interesting, because we felt we were among friends. According to her advice we were able to park our car nearby in a safe parking lot. Also she recommended good restaurants and places to visit. We strongly recommend this place to our friends. Thank you, Maggie!

Everything is great about this property. It’s in a great location; our room was spacious, clean and quiet; a delicious buffet breakfast is served each morning. Maggie, the owner, is very personable and a good source of information about the city. She made us feel very welcome and we will definitely stay with her again.

A breakfast out of ordinary in a good sense. Some of the dishes are home made in the family (cakes - I suppose some sort of Ciambelone, salade a la russe, etc.). Exceptional cleaning and very pleasant ambient music. The rooms and the bathrooms very comfortable. The guest-receiving hostess is very friendly and ready to help you when you need it, not matter the problem you are facing.

When I first read the reviews for CBI I was astonished by the unanimity of enthusiastic opinions. So I canceled a hotel I had booked, and took a room at CBI. It was the right decision. Maggie, the owner, created there more than a common another touristic bussines. She is at a different level, where tourism merges with art, but also with a set of ethical principles. Before being an excellent manager, she is a person of high moral quality and that makes the difference.

Eveything about staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience.The room was very clean and comfy, king size bed, big bathroom with everything you need, fresh and relaxing, the entire hotel is sending relaxing vibes.Fresh, organic and delicious breakfast.7 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes to the city centre.The host was very niece and helpful with a lot of info.For sure, we will come back to the magical City Boutique Inn.

Absolutely loved it. Host was extremely helpful. Breakfast provided perfect food and it gave the opportunity to chat with host and other guests, if one so wished. Very peaceful and relaxing environment. Perfect place to calm down and recharge energy levels.
