Sijainti on paras. Ranta, lasten leikkipuistot, bussipysäkki ihan lähellä. Isot huoneet, mukavat sänkyt.

I liked the room very very much.It is very spacious and the bed was so comfortable . Also I liked very much the bathroom even so I saw some comments related to the shower(from my Point of view was perfect, no need for curtain or glass wall).The floor în the bathroom was not slipery, and you had a lot of toletries( showergel, conditioner, body lotion, also soap , tooth paste, everything you need for complete hygene). The food was the same each breakfast but u do not mind because you do not have to try all at once you can choose today cereals or fruits and the other day egs meat etc. .

The fact that the personnel does not know english. It will be very helpful it you could submit them to some english lessons because the guests were from all over the world( Spain, Japan, Germany etc) And also i did not felt atracted to the pool area all being very dark there...

The staff was very nice and helpful They cleaned the room every day and gave us bigger room. The breakfast was tasty 🤗 The location is close to the party street🫶🏼

Прекрасен хотел. Когато цените за нощувка не са във висок сезон това е най-добрият избор за хотел във Варна. Особено делукс стаите (най-често съм бил в тях) са страхотни, просторни, с огромно легло и панорама към море и морска градина. Паркирането е платено, но поне има винаги места в или пред хотела. Закуската е топ.

В някои периоди от годината цените за нощувка са твърде високи.

In der Dusche hat nur die Handbrause funktioniert.

I liked the location of the hotel: across the sea garden. I also liked the size of the bed and the quality of the mattress.

The staff at the reception, upon our arrival was not very helpful and seemed very unfriendly. The staff at the SPA facilities was not friendly. As we were travelling from another town, we arrived a little bit later than planned and were 10 minutes in delay for our booked massages. It was not a problem to pay the full price and have less time but when I apologised at the SPA, the response was “It is at your own expense”. The massage room was very cold. The entire SPA facility was cold. The breakfast option was poor and not a great quality. The temperature at the room reached 28 degrees and we couldn’t sleep or even breath properly. I work in the luxury hospital sector and for me this is not acceptable.
