priplatili sme za vyhled- nedali nam ho a na vyzvu k fin. vyrovnani nereagovali! pokoj o metr vetsi nez postel? posltel skrin a nic! (ani obraz??) zima na toalete i ve sprse! cely vikend nikdo na recepci- takze jeskyne nefunguja, ani kavu si nedate!

Расположение чудесное. В самом центре старого Брно. Отдельный вход. Попадаешь сразу в апартаменты. Очень легко и понятно, как добраться (пешком с ж/д вокзала дошла легко и быстро, минут 5-6) и как забрать ключи. Апартаменты милые, мансардного типа , на TV можно смотреть Netflix, YouTube, что мне очень понравилось. Можно готовить, плита, микроволновка, полный набор посуды и даже есть всякие специи, соль и проч. (и холодильник и чайник и тостер). Рядом находится Старая площадь с овощным рынком (ну там вообще все рядом, масса магазинов и кафе в том числе), до собора Петра и Павла совсем близко, расположение просто идеальное. Кафе "У старого волка" неподалеку считаю одним из лучших в Брно, рекомендую. Прекрасный Wi-Fi, отлично для работы да и вообще удобно. У меня были какие-то идеальные соседи (там три спальни в этих апартаментах было), мы друг друга и не встречали почти. Не было проблем с занятой уборной или душевой (что теоретически возможно) Чисто, уютно, удобно. Мне очень-очень понравилось, остановлюсь опять здесь, если получится следующая поездка в Брно.

Нет утюга, нет стиральной машины. Мне, правда, было это совсем не нужно, но отмечаю. И очень шумно из-за бара внизу, где могут шуметь посетители допоздна. Опять же, мне это вообще никак не мешало, даже прикольно было, но если коему-то важна тишина, то имейте в виду, что может быть очень шумно.

Perfect location, 100 meters from city center, clean room and sanitary spaces. Easy check in/check out. My recommendation as a non-expensive accommodation in Brno with very-very center location.

Location really good

You can literally hear everything, walls are thinner than a hair so you are going to hear everything that happens in the other 2 rooms, at 5 am starts the day, saying hi to you, because there is no courtins. So, at the end of the night, you haven't slept more than 2-3 hours.

Great location, in the middle of the city and very close to the train station and supermarket. Great rooms with a shared living room and bathroom. Ideal for a group of friends.

Noise from the restaurant downstairs (we did not care but it can be frustrating for others). Kitchen is not well equipped for someone who wants to cook. It is hot during summer on the top of the building.

bed was squicking, sheets wasn't the cleanest... we had little black dots on sheets and bedding, so it wasn't nice to sleep in.

it is beyond criticism that there was a toenail on the carpet next to the bed and hair and fur everywhere.

The location was perfect as it is located right in the center of the historical town, close to all amenities and also to the main train station.

Well, one of the bed just broke after sitting on it few minutes, so my sleeping comfort was over. The light, heating in the room, heating in the kitchen and in the bathroom was all automated with no instruction how to use them. The heater in the room was working, so it was quite cozy to stay there, but in the kitchen and in the bathroom was very cold as we could not figure out how to switch on the heating. Otherwise everything else was fine.

There is a shared bathroom for three rooms which is not clean and you will not get hot water if you do not use it first

The apartment was REALLY big (a lot bigger that it actually needed to be which was surprising), the beds were very comfortable and the location was exceptional. Everything you needed to see or wanted to do was a 10 minute walk max from the house.

Everything was clean except for the kitchen utilities. Pots and pans could not be cleaned no matter how hard you scrubbed them, the toaster was kind of nasty and the cleaning sponge provided was already open and had been used. Other than that everything was great

Good location close to the railway station and the main square.

Very basic room, not even a mirror. I paid the same price for an apartment in another city and had ensuite room, a TV and kitchenette. This is more like a hostel with a shared bathroom.

Noisy because the walls between the rooms are thin like paper. Under the window, in the court, stand pub guests for smoking, which make additional noise. The room is too small for 2 persons. The shower cabin is too small to move inside, the toilet stinks from urine stains around.

The flat was dirty. Despite it was advertised as a non-smoking there was smoke. Confusing check-in info: 2 addresses was sent. Host does not speak in English, German, Hungarian.
