Ambleside Kabine ist 1100 qm, 2 Schlafzimmer Kabine in Douglas Lake Resort entfernt. Beide Bäder verfügen über eine Whirlpool-Badewanne. Die Kabine bietet Platz für 5 bequeme, 40 in Flachbildfernseher im Wohnbereich, 19 in HDTV im unteren Schlafzimmer, 19 in HDTV im Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss und WLAN in der Kabine. Overall everything was pretty good they just had one neighbor that ran a generator almost 24/7 and it was really loud

We had a great stay at Ambelside. The cabin is beautiful and there was enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. We loved the wrap around porch. There were jacuzzi tubs in each bathroom
The neighbor is close but they were friendly. There was a bbq on site but there was no propane. We also felt there was not enough toilet paper/dish towels/ paper towels for a one week stay.
There is a pool just a short drive away. We only used it once and we had it all to ourselves! The lake is close as well.
My son accidentally broke a lamp when we were packing up and the owner was very kind and we were able to work it out.
Overall we had a great stay.

This property works well for our family and we are able to bring our fur babies too! Sevierville has a wonderful dog park to run the dogs! It provides just what we need to visit friends that live in the area

The property was nice, parking was terrible, the neighbors tv was on all afternoon noon in there porch. The WiFi didn’t work and the owner had little remorse. I needed to work but owner didn’t seem to really care if WiFi worked or not like advertised. It should have been checked ahead of time and given us a heads up it was not working, had to go into town to work so didn’t get to enjoy the cabin as expected. That was disappointing. Owner didn’t really care about that and just said hope you understand. Booked because it has WiFi and for it not to work made for a enjoyable trip.

First impression: We could live here! It's away from the maddening crowd of tourists, but close enough to stores,
restaurants, activities. Love the roomy porch, knotty pine, bear theme, trees and hot tub to soak in at day's end. Easy check-in and out. Lasting impression: Felt comfy like a bear hug, the week flew by, and we were sad, but made some lasting memories! Thank you Kevin

Cabin was more than we expected. Lots of space, and overall it was a great value. Cabin was very clean and it is not too far from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. I would recommend to anyone.

Hottub was not properly maintained, no chemicals, foul smell, bottom covered in deep grit. Property literally ON the busy roadway, I recommend only commuting with an economy sized vehicle anything larger will almost be in street. And neighboring tenants WILL park their vehicles over into what is meant to be our spots (Us in SUV could only open door halfway to get out. And forced to be on very edge of parking platform as walking around) Walkway/steps from driveway treacherous. Bedding not cleaned (sticky substances on comforter). Kitchen stocked with BARE minimum cookware. Largest pot was a 2quart saucepan. (Bought our own) Toilet in main floor bathroom clogged with each flush. I personally had to scrub jacuzzi to remove rust collected around drain, and ring around entire tub. No pillows provided for pull out sofa, had to use accent throw pillows to sleep. We were warned to respect neighbors privacy etc but constant dog barking, not mentioning blaring TV from early afternoon to well into the evening (10pm). Yard in between homes covered in debris. Not at what we had hoped or expected when reserving this property.

The property is beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. My wife and I loved spending time in the hot tub and then grilling steaks on the grill. We have no complaints about the cabin or the owners communications with us.

I rented both of Kevin & Pipp's, Douglas lake cabins. We absolutely loved both of them and the area. Kevin was amazing to work with. We will definitely be renting these cabins again!! The memories we made this week will last a lifetime. Thank you Kevin & Pipp!

The cabin was great. We did have a couple issues. The sink in the kitchen and both bathrooms drained slowly. Also, the toilet in the lower bathroom leaks around the base. By the way, thank you for repacing the grill. It worked great.

Had a great weekend. Thursday they Sunday. Very clean and relaxing. Hot tub is awesome. Super hot and we used it every night. Space is clean and beds are comfortable. Would stay here again.

Loved everything about this cabin. Close enough to enjoy the tourist attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg also being just far to enjoy natures beauty. Everything was nice and comfortable however the hot water didn’t work until the last day we were there. Having to bather my kids in cold water was not fun lol. So check that asap when you arrive! Other than that it was absolutely breathtaking and beautiful and would definitely stay again!

This is quite a beautiful 2 bdrm - 2 bath cabin. Nicely decorated and comfortable. One shower stall in downstairs bathroom with a nice garden tub. Very nice hot tub, surround deck.
Outdoor grill seems to be on its last leg, thankfully, we brought our own.
Slow drain in downstairs bathroom sink, so we groomed in upstairs bathroom.
Location is rural. Quite a few winding roads to get there, however, this area has many - Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Dandridge. Good brakes and tires a must.
This part of TN is quite pretty. Day trips to different places had us enjoying this trip very much.

I got exactly what I wanted for my quiet weekend away. The hot tub was great, the fireplace was awesome, everything was as expected. There was a recommendation to have bottled water that we did not see until we arrived, but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

My family and I had a great experience on our trip to Tennessee last month, this cabin was close enough to the attractions in Gatlinburg and not too high up in the mountains. Both rooms are spacious and pretty much anything you can need was available, my daughters loved being there.

It was a cute cabin. We loved the location. I would like to mention that the sofa sleeper couch is on its last leg and definitely needs to be replaced. When we took the cushions off there were a random pair of socks in it along with pieces of food so that is not being cleaned by the cleaning service. The hot water went out the day before we left so we couldn't shower or use the tubs. The fridge started leaking water randomly so we kept that cleaned up as well. There aren't many pots and pans to cook with and some of the dishes had mold on them. Overall it was an OK stay. If we wouldn't have had trouble with the fridge and hot water then I would have gave it 5 stars.

We had a nice stay here. I gave the check in 4 star because we had not been sent the code for key box and then set the alarm off BUT we got immediate help from the property manager! The cabin was so cute and we loved the hot tub. Would definitely come again.
