1. One room AC not good. Rooms are very small . No complimentary water. Very expensive for size.

Entrance mat to the building was too bad, and my son fell down while running on it and bathroom window was left open on the top , anyone from the neighbor building can see it. Room is small and doesn't feel worth for the price paid.

It's a quiet and secure environment.

I stayed in the room for four days. They charged me around 2000 Rs per day. I had to pay through cash since they said their debit card machine was not working. 2000 for such a small room is not at all worth money. There was a TV, but it was not paid for all the key channels. So we rarely use the TV.

Cupboard, Bed, Bathroom was neatly maintained. localion was good

Bathroom window had a open since the exhaust fan missing, Room curtain height wasn't enough to cover the whole window Staff provided kettle but asked us to clean. it was full of dust. Staff didn't mention anything about Free WIFI or WIFI available. The car entrance was too steep. My car's front was scratching to the ground

No kitchen and staffs are very unprofessional especially in the night time...

The Manager was demanding 50% advance Payment to secure room. Booking.com had clearly mentioned that I can cancel at any time. I had reconfirmed twice to the property incharge that the stay from my side is confirmed.
