What I loved about this unit at Sayan Beach Condos was the attention to detail, the combination of comfort and function. There was no mistaking that it was designed by a top notch designer. The bathrooms had the perfect amount of storage. The light switches were in exactly the right places. The drawers opened and closed with a touch. We enjoyed the breath-taking ocean view from the large balcony. The restaurant and pool area was easy to access and had efficient service. Our margaritas were perfect. What a great place to go and rest from the stresses of life!

Highly recommend this place to anyone! Very quiet and tranquil—which is what we wanted-and not too far from Zona Romántica! Simply climb over the little montaña to reach the bigger beach and Zona Romántica. Definitivamente want to come back! Such a beautiful condo.

We had the pleasure of staying here for 6 days and it was absolute heaven. From the efficient and amazing check-in process to the accommodations to the amenities. This place is like a five star resort. Ron and Carlo have impeccable taste and you will feel right at home in their beautiful 3 bedroom condo with an amazing view enhanced by totally disappearing patio doors. The furnishings are luxurious and they spared no expense to make this a special place. There are two restaurants on property that serve very good food and very reasonable prices. There are three infinity pools, including a rooftop one with views for days and amazing sunsets. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and are very helpful in organizing anything your heart desires. This is one of the only places we have ever stayed where we said “we don’t want to go home yet”. It’s an absolute gem. We can’t wait to go back next year!

We had a great time. It was very relaxing and a beautiful sitting. We enjoyed the amazing location and the ability to walk down the beach to one of the famous restaurants. The home was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. The building staff were wonderful and we thought both the quality and price of the on site restaurants were a nice added value.

This is my fourth time staying at Ron and Carlo’s property. As always, the impeccable views, stunning quarters and attentiveness of the property management team and owners keeps me coming back! The Admin team has sure stepped up their game and are very proactive at meeting renters’ needs. One nice touch they have added is a personal concierge service who ensure your stay is enjoyable. Take advantage of the shuttle service and the groceries prior to arrival in order to make travel day a breeze! I cannot wait to stay again!

This is our third time at the Sayan Beach property and second time renting this unit. The views, amenities, and service are second to none. It’s so close to the heart of the city by foot or by cab/Uber. I can’t say enough good things.

My friends and I (3 couples) lived the life of the rich and famous for 14 incredible days!! The condo was absolutley amazing and so comfortable for the 6 of us. The view on the ocean is breathtaking from our immense balcony, which we almost lived on our entire visit. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, we made our own suppers 9 nights out of 14 as we had gourmet cooks with us :) !!! The staff were so pleasant and helpful, right from our arrival onwards... . The rooftop infinity pool and bar was quite the bonus in our stay. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Access to the old town was a five minute Uber drive for about 7$ a trip...or a 15 minute walk on the beach to the town which was very nice! When we walked into the condo on day one, our jaws simply dropped at the sight of the layout and ocean view!!! I would rate this condo higher than 5 stars !! I highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for the EXCEPTIONAL ocean front vacation of their life!! :))

The apartment 4G at Sayan Beach Residences is elegantly appointed and a perfect home for anyone looking to relax peacefully or enjoy all the excitement that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Also, the building amenities contribute to making this property extra special. We’re already anticipating another return!

First time in Vallarta and would not have it any other way! Definitely started the bar very high. Perfect location (close to the all the actions/hot spots but far enough to be away from the craziness if you’re not up for partying), very friendly and accommodating staff, private beach has the perfect location even for non swimmers. Favorite part is having the perfect setting for in house massage service. Overall will definitely be the place for us whenever we’ll visit PV!

All the other 5 star ratings for this property are completely accurate. My husband and I arrived exhausted and tired from work. We left inspired and renewed. Perfect place. Perfect hosts. Amazing and kind staff. The little cove at the base of the property brings the sound of the ocean right up to you in the unit. The rooftop pool is truly an experience to behold. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!!

Back again! We’ve stayed here countless times and this condo never disappoints! Trips were Fall, Spring, and Summer! We brought some first timers along with us and they were blown away with the condo, the views, the staff, and the old town. We walked into town each day, sometimes by beach and sometimes via road. If we weren’t for walking we loved that a taxi to town wasn’t more than $5. This trip we actually had massages on our balcony! The condo is equipped with everything one would need to cook and stay in for an evening of sunset on the large balcony. Our personal favorite things about this place, and the reason we keep returning, are as follows: Condo is nicely decorated but simple and always clean. The linens are comfortable! The condo is very quiet and gives a similar feeling of having your own Villa. However, has a gorgeous rooftop bar/restaurant, lower bar/restaurant, and room service. The staff is consistent year over year and we enjoy visiting with the same gentlemen each and every time we return. The gym is also very well equipped with views of lower pool and ocean. The owners have always had wonderful communication and responsiveness.

Had a great stay here with my friends. This was our third time to PV so we were familiar with what the Zona Romantica area has to offer. This building and unit is by far the best. The unit was so well appointed and styled, had everything we needed and then some. The three bedrooms each with their own bathroom was excellent with multiple couples. But what I must say is that the view from the living room is amazing. Two of the window walls slide back to give you a sunset experience that is truly incredible. Our favorite place was the rooftop pool. The view was stellar and the drinks and bar service was super attentive. We literally spent a few afternoons just grabbing lunch and hanging out at the pool all afternoon. One slight thing to know, and not that it’s a deal breaker by any means, is that small side road the building is on that you’d walk into town easily with was washed out with a mud slide last year and is under construction. It means that walking to town you have to walk on the main road that is a little busy and longer distance. Getting to the Montamar beach club and others can still be accessed across the rock out cropping at the water line so no issue there. But don’t worry at all as the Uber situation is fantastic and cheap. I don’t think we waited more than 10 minutes or paid more than $5 for the drive into town ever. Overall, I can’t recommend this location and unit enough. Truly amazing experience. Looking forward to our next trip down. Can’t happen soon enough.

Five friends and I stayed at this Sayan Beach unit for 5 nights and had the most amazing time. The unit itself is stunning - not your typical rental unit, you can tell that the owners stay there themselves given the furnishing and appointments. The process from checkin to checkout was great, and the staff at the Building are amazing - friendly, helpful and accommodating to our requests, specially being able to store our luggage at the security and use the pool facilities until our departure for the airport.. We ate breakfast at the restaurant/bar twice and the food/service was top notch in every way. The unit has everything you could ever need for your stay. Ron and Carlo were great hosts and I would definitely stay again.

Ron the owner is wonderful to deal with. The place is decorated perfectly. All the furniture is extremely comfortable. It is heaven on earth. I don’t know that I would ever be able to stay anywhere else. Don’t miss the experience of staying at this beautiful property.

The place was beautiful and immaculate. Our second time staying in this building, first time in this unit. Spacious and well appointed - tastefully decorated, the pictures don’t do it justice. I own rental properties and know how they get “used” and worn. Ron’s place and staff in building are on top of any issues that arise. Highly recommend this place. Ron himself was well spoken of by other owners in the building and I myself, can say that Ron was very responsive, professional and courteous. A man of his word. I’d highly recommend renting from him if you are interested in a lux 3rd apt, short walk to all PVR has to offer. The restaurant is reasonable is delicious. The gym is great, has everything a serious weight trainer could expect on holiday, the pools and hot tubs are all in working order and inviting. The staff couldn’t trip over themselves any more to be helpful, they were even helping me with my DuoLingo…en Español.

We have been to Puerto Vallarta several times over the past 20+ years. Ron and Carlos’ beautiful Sayan beach condo is the most incredible place we’ve ever stayed. The location is perfect - close to los Muertos beach and old town while still feeling secluded … PLUS easy walking access to the Conchas Chinas beaches as well. The condo itself is incredibly comfortable, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The Sayan staff and the property amenities are top-notch. And, last but not least, Ron is an incredibly attentive and gracious host. We look forward to returning to this PV paradise.

Our family had a terrific time at this property! The pictures can’t do the place justice, it’s even better when you’re there. You’ll never want to leave. The condo was spotless and there were thoughtful and helpful amenities within. Ron and Carlo were very responsive to questions and the staff onsite were all excellent.

This was our second stay at Ron‘s property and he continues to deliver an excellent experience and outstanding customer service. During our stay, the COVID-19 crisis had just begun and Ron gave us security in that if we got stuck in Mexico he was willing to allow us to extend our stay so that we would not be without a place. He also expressed interest in our safety during our travels home. Ron is kind and very attentive to customer needs. There was a minor miscommunication during our visit which he resolved quickly and without hesitation. In regard to the property, you couldn’t ask for more! The bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious, the bathrooms are large and clean with plenty of storage space, and the common spaces are absolutely gorgeous. You will wake up to a stunningly beautiful ocean front as well! Many mornings were spent drinking coffee on the balcony of the giant indoor/outdoor living room listening to the birds and the waves crashing onto the shore. Make sure you visit the Mini-Super store at the bottom of the cobblestone hill on east side of Calle Santa Barbara and purchase the guacamole, red and green salsas for snacking during a stay-at-home happy hour! You won’t be disappointed! I vouch to say that I am one of Ron’s biggest fans and I’m absolutely in love with the location of his place to Puerto Vallarta! ~Gregorio

Beautiful condo and great location of the property. Both pool areas were wonderful and very well attended to. Front door attendants were welcoming and friendly. In the unit, we were surprised there were no non-stick cookware, which is always easier to clean. The first time we used the coffee pot, there were coffee grounds left in the machine and mold had formed, so we needed to clean it thoroughly. The dishwasher didn't work, but were brought it to the attention of the prop manager and it was fixed straight away. Even though we opened the window and used in the fan in the bathrooms, we noticed mold growing on the shower floor after about five days, so we cleaned it. And finally, we asked for maid service twice during the ten day stay and non was provided. Overall, it was a delight to stay at this unit and we would certainly stay here again; the issues were minor and didn't really inhibit us having a great time.

The pictures do not do this place justice absolutely beautiful, We have been on a lot of vacations so I’m gonna put this one right at the top for a rest and relaxation at its best, Ron is a great owner and responses to any of your questions quickly the staff at Sayan Beach are great and are ready to help you in any way. I would strongly suggest to get there first before bringing them any food maybe have them pick up your liquor for you but other than that assess the restaurant that is downstairs breakfast lunch and dinner before you decide to load your fridge and do your own cooking, as it is reasonably priced and good too IMO. Will be definitely staying at this facility again as its location is perfect quiet enough yet 10 minutes to the Romantica zone/Malecon walkway with all the bars and restaurants you can imagine. This was the second time we stayed at Sayan Beach and the first time we stayed in Ron's unit. Everything about the stay and the accommodation was excellent. Amenities (everything you need was there), decor (beautiful local art), location (secluded but a short walk to town) and Sayan Beach pools, restaurant, and fitness center were outstanding, made only better by the kind and helpful staff throughout the building. The property managers were also very responsive during pre-check in, check in and check out. We have looked at so many other choices in Puerto Vallarta and this continues to be our first choice. We will stay there again on our next visit. It is wonderful! Thank you!
