Courtious & attentive staff. The staff went all the way in providing free transportation when my son was stranded at the bus station during wee hour. The best part was cleanliness of the establishment. Won't be our last time booking at Singgah Kertih. Keep up your good job.

The actual room is not as per advertised in the website. I booked a single bed room, which turned out to be a 2-single beds = twin room. So frustrated. And the room is small.

The location of hotel is convenient and proper for travelling ladies.

No breakfast (need to drive out to get unless you want something from 7-E) and there was no shampoo or bath soap in the room. Only have a small soap bar for hand wash. Need to get own from outside.

Location, close to kerteh airport and can access to restaurant easily by just few mins drive

Even as a new hotel, it is not using digital lock or access card lock. It is still using key. The room doesn't have a writing table, even though the hotel key customers are those who are on business trip. The sound insulation is poor. Can constantly hear the traffic noise

reception - beautiful, music in the air, fragrance, tidy, spotless, chairs to sit, easy check-in, lift to go up first floor parking - spacious, in the front and also the back, with easy back entrance to go to the room room- simplistic design, foot towel provided, as well as sanitary bags, shaving kit, dental kit, shampoo, soap, hot water provided and functional, big mirrors everywhere so its a plus, tv channel including axn, cinemax, NG wild and sports activity

the room was not as clean as the reception, there was sand/grains on the floor and it got on the bed behind the door was not mopped so we can see dirt from long ago there tv channel does not work during rainy seasons its a bit expansive for the room they gave us, i would hv priced it generally at 150 below
