excellent location, staff are really attentive and helpful. breakfast was good. daily complimentary snacks and drink were amazing too.

deluxe room was quite small to accommodate 2 large beds so avoid bringing too many big suitcases.

The hotel is in good location to access bars and restaurants on the main beach. Very good service and good food and drinks. Only hotel on this part of the island that sells alcohol! Still quite modern compared to other hotels we have seen in the island. the structure fits well with the environment compared to other hotels.

The quadruple room was very tiny, no space for luggage, no double bedside table. The room was nice but too expensive for what we paid. The chairs of the restaurants could be comfortable with some cushion and the black leather sun beds become too hot in the sun. The cocktail free hours could be more flexible.

Loved the beach and location. The staff made the stay all the more enjoyable. The fresh juice and Coffee at breakfast was superb along with the ice cold Tigers.

The hotel is perfectly located on the small island (the most animated) and Long beach has restaurants and bars all along it is just perfect! The hotel is modern and charming at the same time, the rooms are well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The restaurant offers a menu for all tastes at very affordable prices and with a great chef (all dishes were very good). Many thanks to all the team of the Bubu Resort, great people who were very helpful (even to find emergency medicines for my sister who had an asthma attack). A big thank you to Miss ong, Mendy, Wei, Jackson, Mustafa, Mehdi for your welcome and your kindness and your smiles. Our stay was more than perfect thanks to you!

we had a room for 3 with 2 very large beds very comfortable but which lacked a little space to circulate and open the luggages.

The amazing staff! From yassine to mehed and Wuei our holiday wouldn't have been the same without them! They were super helpful all the time. The food was also incredible, we stayed at bubu vila for one night and both restaurants have great quality of food. The beach is also the best one for us to relax,.

The room was ok, but it will need maybe some refurbishment. Same for the floor in the restaurant. Also you can actually hear the noise of the neighbour door when they come in and out. Maybe improving the soundproof it will help. The bed was not super comfortable. Also a mosquito spray for the room , would be appreciated without us asking for that.

The resort is near to jetty. The staff is very friendly. The room is at ground floor so few steps away to the cafe and the beach. There were also many places around the resort to just sit and watch the view.

Room too small and don't even have space to pray. No TV and malay lady reception staff is unfriendly.

Staffs are not friendly, not helpful especially the receptionists, except for Mandy. It is very hard to even borrow the iron and umbrella. The room is very small compared. There is no space for praying. Mimpi resort is 10x better.

My husband and I are soooo happy that we stay this resort.From the moment we arrived to check out. resort.staffs were friendly/warm/helpful (especially manager Venus,reception staff and fairuz that guide me for snorkelling beginning until finished and also everyone), rooms were clean and comfy. Daily complimentary happy hour(from 4-6pm) plus snacks. Breakfast is amazing. Food is excellent,and although a bit expensive.They are always keep smiling and happy. Water is clear, sand is white and beach is clean.

I couldn’t not understand the setup of the bathroom, very very inconvenient.I know it is hard to control but to have lizards in the room could be prevented. Room small and no tv compare to price per night

-Awkward setup of bathroom combine with mini bar was not very convenient - shower outside closer to beach (more accessible shower near to beach ) would be nice - should more drinking water, recommending to put a water dispenser at reception or at Santai Restaurant.
