All good, the newly renovated room was excellent and comfortable. The swimming pool is good. Keep up the good thing for this place.

Beaches panorama I like the most. With fresh environment and see the people around so excited.

The most I hate this time is check-in process. As schedule should be 3 pm and I was late on that day and with regret I arrived at 5:30 and my room still not ready. For that, I was waiting almost 45 minutes. FYI, I was stay for 2 night with 2 room booked.

Pool for kids not so clean.

The wonderful thing about this hotel is the service by it's staff, always smiling and ready to assist. The room which seem to be have been newly renovated, are great especially the sea facing one and more importantly, very clean. The food at the restaurant are a little pricy but taste good. I would like to mention the guy who is running the bar as he is not only genuinely friendly but very helpful too. The SPA is wonderful but it does show it's age and needs a renovation although I must say the masseurs are good. My wife and I had a good memorable stay and would recommend this place.

The SPA need a renovation and management should look at their food prices. Otherwise it's all good.

It's really a resort hotel, where you could see the beaches and swimming pool at the end of the hotel lobby. Courteous and pro-active staff. Yes, this part was very obvious to me and bravo to the Management whom managed to create a wonderful service experience. For example when I was checking out with all my baggage, the concierge quickly gather my baggage on a trolley and pushed it to the kerbside for easy loading to my car. Normally other hotels their concierge would only attend those guests coming to checked-in, not checking-out. The renovated room was fantastic- modern and super clean. Mine was a family room where there were 2 large LED smart TVs. If you come with small kids whom love to play at the swimming pool, there's a self-laundry shop called Dobi Kawan just 200 meter from the hotel, very convenient. Otherwise you could go to Balok's town which was also nearby.

The reason I could not rate at 10 for this hotel was its breakfast. Not much choice and nothing great. Anyway I like the hotel for displaying 'Halal' logo at the door.

The drain in the shower was slow, as such almost overflow the shower room.

We stay at ground floor , left wing and first room 1.we ordered food both 2 person and it cost RM80++. The food totally out . Can’t describe . Some Chinese cusion fried rice 2. The main door nearby our room hit very strong and the sound very hard.

I went in Summer with my big family. What I love about this hotel is the kid's pool is so big and so much fun. Also the hotel is so close to the beach. There was a fire breathing show at night by the beach at around 8pm. Breakfast was just ok, not amazing. Hotel room is also ok, bed was comfy but the aircond needed a service I think. It was a bit warm even I cranked up the temperature to the lowest setting. The kids play area is so cool. So clean and has a lot toys and gaming area for bigger kids. The gym also good and clean. Oh not to forget, all the friendly and very hospitable staffs at the hotel. So welcoming with their genuine big smiles. Overall, I was happy with my stay there and definitely will come back again in the future. There are many restaurants outside the hotel if you feel like venturing out and trying outside food.

The room was clean. I love the pool with slides, recommended for children. The pool has direct access to private beach, where you can also ride an ATV.

The room has no carpet on the floor, so it was cold by going barefoot especially with the aircond on. The floor felt a little sticky and damp too. So bring your own sandal.

Nothing. It was a disaster! I called the night before to find out if there was construction & they didn't pick up! 3 times...and put the phone down! Shame on you booking.com for taking the money. I will NOT use you again!

Lack of communication, no drinks at pool, no bedside lighting. Very tatty & construction noise at the pool. Expensive for seriously below par expectations!
