I ragazzi in reception erano disponibili ed educati, la vista dal balcone della camera è molto bella

Le camere non corrispondono alle foto, a detta dello staff, risalgono all’apertura della struttura dove le avevano appositamente abbellite. La camera è sporca, piccola e senza nessun tipo di comfort (asciugacapelli, Wi-Fi, tv etc.), gli asciugamani - ne forniscono uno a persona - vengono cambiati tutti i giorni ma risultano essere sporchi, puzzolenti e piene di macchie. Le lenzuola non so con che cadenza le cambiano ma sono macchiate. La doccia è sopra il water, funziona male e perde acqua ovunque. La colazione è inguardabile, quindi evitate di comprarla e andate nei locali in spiaggia. Di fianco alla struttura c’è una casetta con un generatore rumorosissimo che lo staff accende alle 9 del mattino fino alle 19 circa. La salita per raggiungere le camere è molto ripida e risulta pericolosa in caso di pioggia, dove il fango misto alle feci di animali diventa melmoso e scivoloso. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo! L’isola è molto bella e l’acqua è stupenda, peccato per questa struttura.

my wife and I are extremely unsatisfied by the place, since the very first day. Upon our arrival, no one came to pick up our (extremely heavy) luggages to the hotel. We waited 1h 30minutes at the jetty trying to call the hotel but no one responded on the 2 phone numbers I had. I decided to carry them all the way to the hotel by myself. Fasting, and with no sleep at all from our previous night due to transportation. Then when we arrived at the bottom of the stairs, suddenly someone called to arrange a pick up (once they saw us from above of course). All of that was between 8:30 and 10:30am. we arrived at 8am at the jetty. Finally, once we got to our room, no hot water and no wifi. Come on what is this joke ! Still no wifi after 4 days, and the hot water worked for 2 showers and then nothing. I expect a big gesture from the hotel

WARNING!! I was robbed at the hotel and no one took responsibility nor give an explanation. 500RM (100€)

The view is amazing if you are lucky enough to find a room with a view of the sea, and the cleanliness of the rooms is amazing and the consistency of the cleaning staff is good.

where do I begin, first the receptionist made us wait for 20 mins before he hung up his phone before he accommodated us. The restaurant below has the best view amongst all restaurants in the area however the service is absolutely disappointing, we had to wait 15 mins before the staff finished giggling and vaping before they served us and I wish they didn't, half the items weren't available and they managed to get our order wrong and their pricing is entirely unjustified. if you have kids or if you are a person who has difficulty breathing then I wouldn't recommend this place because climbing that hill was a workout and a half. We ordered a land taxi to the jetty or port and we specified and confirmed the time with them and we stressed that we cannot be late and we have to be there at 8 in the morning and the agreed time was 7 15 but there was no sign of anyone

Stil lacking in basic equipments ie: laundry bag, hair dryer. Room space too small, not worth for money

Staff were friendly & helpful. Rooms were clean & cleaned everyday.

The trek up the big hill with the kids & all our stuff. Also the breakfast didn't have much variety

Truly the only thing we liked about this hotel was the location. Yes, there were a lot of steps to climb, but that meant that it was a little further away from the beach. where the parties went on till the early hours. The location was also great because it was close to Spice Divers, an amazing diving centre where we spent several enjoyable days.

The hotel is at the end of Long Beach, basically on the side furthest away from the jetty. They pick you up in a small sort of tractor which is fun but we had to call them twice to ask for the pick up. The rooms are very basic, there were cockroaches in our room, the water was never warm and all this for the princely sum of £80/€85 per night
