The breakfast was excellent. They accommodated my gluten free request and still gave me a different breakfast each day. They really travelled the extra mile to serve a delicious breakfast.

I have poor vision and there was no lighting from the first set of steps from the road to the accommodation and lighting on the stairs could have been brighter.

Excellent location near to the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. Free parking on site. Lily and Jenny made us very welcome.

The room was lovely and had a view of their beautiful garden. The hosts were incredible, and the breakfasts were sensational. It is walking distance to the shops, beaches and public transport. I would definitely return to this wonderful B&B.

The vegetarian breakfasts were amazing. Great location near the town and beach. The hosts were very helpful. Was a bonus to see the firework display from the beach.

Something different for breakfast every day, always delicious and well presented. Within easy walking distance of the beach and town centre and a good bus service nearby. Our room and the dining room were clean and bright with superb decor. Jenny and Peter proved to be excellent hosts.

Only a small parking space but this was not a problem, as there is free residential parking in the road opposite.

Jenny and her husband were so welcoming and made us feel really at home. Our room was meticulously clean, bright and fresh, as indeed was the whole house. The breakfast was unsurpassed, an array of fruits with yogurt and waffle, then amazing scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and avocado, all beautifully presented. We shall certainly go again xxxx

A short walk into the town centre, lovely big room with a large ensuite, excellent breakfast. A fridge in the dining room for milk and cold water was thoughtful. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

The only negative was the busy road the room faced.

The Broadstairs house B&B is quality throughout and the hosts were wonderful & whom made us feel like home during our stay. 5☆
