The best reef in terms of color, diversity and beauty in Marsa Alam and, perhaps, in all of Egypt. Entering the water from the sand. The reef is huge in length - about 5 km, due to large islands not far from the shore. Super well-kept area, wonderful large and very stylishly decorated rooms. Excellent friendly and correct staff. Excellent service and communication between staff and guests. Very attentive attitude to the condition and landscaping of the hotel area. The food is great. The animation is not intrusive. We are sincerely grateful to the hotel team for amazing days and excellent service We can safely recommend it to the most discerning guests.

I can’t say that this is a drawback, but rather a fact for which one must be mentally prepared. The HB meal plan (breakfast and dinner) does not include any drinks for dinner, and there is no free water in the cooler or water in the room. You must be prepared for the fact that for a comfortable stay you need to pay extra for water at a price of 3 euros per 1.5 liter bottle.

Das Frühstück und das Abendbuffet waren sehr reichhaltig. Die meisten angebotenen Speisen waren schmackhaft und alles wirkte sehr frisch. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die ganze Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Bemühungen des Hotels, ökologisch zu handeln, sind sehr erfreulich. Dass die verschiedenen Riffe direkt vom Hotelstrand durch Schwimmen erreichbar sind, ist traumhaft! Dass Schnorcheln, tauchen, Wind surfen und kiten vom gleichen Strand aus möglich sind, macht das Hotel perfekt für Reisende mit unterschiedlichen Wünschen.

Bei den Frühstücks-Tischen gab es viel zu wenig Schattenplätze. Der frisch gepresste Orangensaft schmeckte wässrig und fad, die Fruchtsäfte aus den Tetrapackungen waren mit viel zusätzlichem Zucker und Wasser gepantscht - sehr schade! Das Sortiment an Beach-Badetüchern war zu klein, je nach Tageszeit musste man bis zu einer Stunde warten, um ein Tuch zu ergattern. Das Angebot an Zwischenmahlzeiten für Gäste mit Halbpension ist klein und nur am äussersten Rand der Hotelanlage erhältlich. Das bedeutet viel Fussweg und hart umkämpfte Liegen rund um die Snackbar! Es wäre wünschenswert, dass eine zweite Snackbar eröffnet würde oder die Pizzeria und das thailändische Restaurant häufiger geöffnet wären.

Bad Wi-Fi, no choice for salads and fruit, even water and tea are for additional cost, deserts looks beautiful but taste horrible. Poor choice for vegans. Order taxi to Marsa Alam through the reception 120 euros while from outside it costs 90.

Really enjoyed multiple beaches, calmness, accessibility to marvellous reef. Breakfast was really good with freshly prepared omelettes, waffles and crepes on the spot upon request.

Waiters at the restaurant were not really nice and friendly (e.g. many times they took away food while we were still eating to bring it back after few seconds / pushed us to drink not just water but to buy soft drinks/beers).

Main attraction: the coral reef is on the beach itself - baby reef for beginners and banana reef for experts. No need of boot . Just jump in for hours. Dugong and turtles are the extras !! (cerise sur le gateau) Kite and surf is possible also on dedicated place, but havent try. Excursion (extra) to Sataya for dolphin swimming is provided 2 or three time a week depending on weather. Meals and buffet are excellent with Egyptian food beside the international cuisine. the terrasse for Eating is very nice and cool for breakfast and dinner. And the service is effective and gentle. Only For People searching quietness. No disco noise in the evening ...

Bathroom are clean but need some renovation, but ok ( 20 year old ) Pastry could be more healthy ( to much colors etc)
