My expectations of an international chain facilities as advertised and more The layout to be able to move around easily The views from the room The emphasis of accommodating disabled guests pointing out the beach accessibility including wheelchair access which is not generally found locally The choice of outlets The friendliness of staff Their readiness to welcome and assist Management on hand and visible The detail of luxury and comfort in the room with the environment emphasis, towels, bathroom supplies, coffee making facilities The waterpark is stunning and compact with food and beverage and entertainment to make it day out inside the hotel facilities.

Accueil personnalisé à 5 heures du matin. Qualité de l'établissement. Lumière présente dans les extérieurs la nuit. Sécurité. Calme. Animations. Entretien des chambres. Gentillesse du personnel. Loin de la foule d'Hurghada. Entretien des espaces verts.

Pas grand chose ... peut-être pour les animations du soir de 20 heures sur la terrasse du bar un peu plus de musique locale égyptienne.

Мне очень понравился отель. Прекрасное место расположение.. номер удобный . Уборка регулярная. Персонал приветливый и дружелюбный. Очень вкусная еда. Разнообразный выбор ресторанов. Прекрасный пляж песчаный. На горках можно кататься но вода холодная. Мне понравилось я бы порекомендовал.

Very warm welcoming I think they are greeting booking guests with special attention. Good room. Very friendly staff. Service at thecroom and in restaurant especially Italian was very attentive. I enjoy it. Weather was pretty cold but my stay in generally was very good. Room is very warm and they have comfortable bed and matrass. I like my stay. I'll be back again.

Mr. Abdallah and Rawan in the reception was amazing jhe really impressed me with his kind of service and helped me alot and mrs Rawan too.

Waterpark, but working very few hours! Rooms capacious, but lots need a fix as we came: phone.tv.window.etc

Very poor management, not there 4 u when u ask 4 them! Restaurant was horrible, very crowded, food just bearable, facilities are poor too and senior staff there are rude and argumentative..especially Mr Abdulhamid. Yousef the waiter was really helpful though... Check-in was good, but on checkout, we were accused wrongly of losing a beach towel we never took but was recorded on their system?!!! Beach is horrible, either very shallow or full of sea weeds as u advance. Beach & pool close 1 and half hour b4 sunset though the weather would be just improving then!!! They actually have a funny way of timing their events: example oriental night starting while people are eating and finishing b4 they reach there! Communications with staff was difficult and completely disorganised! Lagoon is dirty
