The hotel has a truly beautiful property and architecture. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive. The beach and pool area are very pleasant.

All the positive aspects were completely overshadowed by a severe food poisoning my husband experienced. After a late dinner at the hotel restaurant, we went to Cairo and Giza. During the trip, my husband started feeling unwell. It was extremely challenging to find a hospital, and he was in critical condition, narrowly escaping death and requiring intensive care. We only ate/drank at the hotel or had meals at the "Sea Shell" bar on the beach. Therefore, I have no doubts that the hotel is responsible for the poisoning. This is absolutely unacceptable! We will never return to this hotel.

Beach front room wasn’t as close to the beach as expected. However, it was still good enough.

Hated the the two single beds! Specifically asked for a room on a higher level we were on 1 first floor. They promised to move us but that never happened. Drinks prices are outrageous.
