La ubicación y las instalaciones. Todo en excelente estado

Que no había personal con quien canalizar mis pedidos. Hubo errores con los códigos de acceso y costo mucho solucionar. Y no pude contactar a nadie ni en persona ni por teléfono

We all like the space of the property it was very convenient for us we love having the washer and dryer

We all did not like how much notifications that we were getting when it came down to check out time it felt as if we where being rushed out of the home because the cleaning crew need to come in and clean we were also told that we had to wash the towels before we checked out that was the first time we have experienced something like that even though we had paid for cleaning service when I removed the pillow case off the pillows the pillows haven’t been washed in a while also the cleaning crew came ringing the doorbell at 9:12am asking us what time was our check out when it was very clear from month’s before we checked in that check out is at 10am so again we felt very rushed and we not happy at all about that because we respected the check in time so we was expecting the same in return

Sehr viel Platz, toller Pool, sauber, Waschmaschine und Trockner Top, wasserspender und Eismaschine am Kühlschrank.

Der Check In war extrem problematisch, weil der Tür und Torcode erst 1 Std später gesendet wurde, trotz vorheriger Übermittlung aller Daten. Laut Personal (Email) lag es wohl an meinem nicht vorhandenen Internet, was nicht stimmt. Auch an der Lobby wusste man nichts von unserem Check In bzw dem Unternehmen wonder vacations.

Location and size of the property was good

There were a lot of ants everywhere; wifi was not work upon arrival; response time from staff was slow and not warm and polite; too much personal information was required before arrival.

The place was nice and clean everything was right there to go and eat breakfast very very nice

We went and had a great time all around the place

Excellent location, comfortable, spacious, clean.

There were some issues with the code of the entrance door.

It was a beautiful apartment with plenty of amenities.

I have no complaints about the property. An additional pool and arcade were listed as part of the apartment, however it is located across a busy street. We were unable to venture off that far due to our busy schedule upon arrival.
