LOCATION AND STAFF BAHAVIOURS TOO GOOD
AC IN THE MAIN BED IS NOT WORKING,AHTER SEVERAL TIMES OF COMPLAIN,THEY DID NOT EVEN CHANGE THE ROOM TOO.

Located in a convenient location
I used it for a night since I had a work to be done at neighboring VfS Gloval visa office. I had booked 2 rooms for myself and my parents for a night and had chosen to pay at the property. FabHotel Luxor have been constantly spamming me with messages almost threatening to cancel the booking unless I don't make the payment even though my booking was 'confirmed' on Booking.com.
To my bewilderment, I am informed an hour before check-in they inform me that they have moved the booking to a nearby hotel since I haven't paid yet. Note that I had chosen to pay at property.
And not to my surprise, the new hotel (named Hotel Heritage) was a terrible one, with terrible staff and terrible next door guests.
After check-in, I had to step outside. And the hotel gives me a call to tell that there is a problem in my bathroom and hence they have to move me to another room. When I come back and press on to check what the problem is in my original room, they tell me that they have actually checked someone else in that room.
It doesn't stop there- They will try to grab pennies at every opportunity e.g. even though my booking had breakfast included, they asked me to pay extra for the tea.
Overall, pretty bad experience. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Dirty room. Cockroach in room. Broken wall.
Paan spit on walls and water closet.
Bad breakfast. Only one water bottle per day for two people. Water leaking from the wash basin drain. Broken door. And I have booked premium rooms. Provided only one towel for two people.
And same on you @booking.com, you don't verify the details and just post anything. Never going to trust your review ever again.

Service was pathetic. Though they mentioned complimentary breakfast, they don't provide inhouse food. They arranged extremely below par breakfast from some roadside shop, which was not eatable at all.
Also, they couldn't provide wifi for 1st two days, even after repeated followups. On the third day, they provided with very poor signal.

rooms was spacious. Good budget stay near the visa centre. I think the room i stayed in was best for families as it had a living room attached
Fridge didn’t work and stink. Floor was little unclean and given the cost its fair just my expectations on the cleanliness side was a bit more

unhygienic, filthy, dirty, bathroom fittings were all broken and covered with algae.
