it was made available at the last minute due to a boiler failure in the property we originally rented. It felt a little unfinished, not enough towels and little details that would have made it excellent.

Very nice support. The key handover was great, I received lots of prompt help with any questions I had. And the team went to an effort to enable us to stay an extra day, which was hugely helpful.

When we arrived there was laundry still drying in the sitting room (sheets from the previous renters). This was not a good start and spoilt the start of our stay, but the managers were great during the stay and this made up a lot for the unexpected beginning. The bed-settee was not comfortable.

Location is super central and the BBQ outside is amazing

Hot water wasn't on, and couldn't get it to stay on. Needed to switch on the heating every 2 hours. 2nd bedroom bed was broken. We frooze on the first night being so cold all the time. When we tried to contact the agency, calling, texting and email ALL on deaf ears. No one replied until the morning. Totally unacceptable. The owners said that our night had not been compremised and therefore no reduction would be given. Then they didn't even return my deposit until 3 weeks later as they had forgotten.
