Fair price. Easy for rail station. Enough bedrooms with clean linen.
Quite a few little things that seem so easy to put right for £250 per night - 6 guests but only 4 towels; no wine (as advertised) or welcome pack, 1 bin bag for 6 guests for 2 nights, no tea or coffee, no plugs for sink or bathroom basin, shower door needs a simple fix. The back garden is a dumping ground for old furniture. Could all be put right for under £500.

W e liked the fact we were in a quiet suburban area which was only a quick walk to a tube station and local amenities. We could also park the car at the property for no additional cost. It was great to have the bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived with it being such a hot few days.
The door lock was a little loose and difficult to ensure it was locked/opened. The toilet was difficult to flush and took a long time to re-fill, which could be a problem with 5 people sharing the one bathroom. My girls also said that the property could have done with one or two full length mirrors, as there was only one small square one above the bathroom sink.

it was easy to find and located near the train station. Was the perfect location for us to get to Wembley stadium. The home has lots of space and have everyone their privacy when needed.
the front door handle was a bit wobble which made me slightly nervous in case it came off when locking or opening the door.

Ability to have a pet with us. Location was excellent. House was clean. Plenty of room for 4 people and a dog. Off road parking.
Outside the house at the back could have been tidier but we didn't need to use that space. There was only one wine glass for 4 people and we had to buy a bottle opener so more glasses and kitchen utensils would be an improvement but it did not impact on our stay.

The location.
The property was very in need of a painting, refurb, and general good clean. 🙈 In the world of covid I felt anything but safe here. The mops for cleaning and clothes were kept outside. Floor very bad, bits missing and uneven. Beds were soft but very low so with mobility issues getting up was a joke. Sofa also too low for me to sit on, chair was broken. Doors did not lock without effort and curtains were a shambles. I will never use this property again. Half bottle wine left on back step.

Furniture and kitchen appliances were clean. Good amount of kitchenware supplied. Really liked the location and parking availability. Good wi-fi.
Walls in need of repaint, beds were too soft for our liking. One of the dining chairs was missing a screw from the seat making it easier to break if sat on. Front door only opened with a key, the handle mechanism was faulty. Laminate floor has seen better days, swollen in some places, gaps in some places and the edging broken in places.

The location was well situated for our visit to Harry Potter Studios. Under half an hour drive to get there. Also 5 minute walk to nearest train station to take us straight to London Marylebone which was also great.
