My sister and I booked this place because we knew we would be out every day doing excursions, so we were barely there.. We basically had the spot as a place to shower, SLEEP, and hold our luggage. So it was comfortable for what we needed. The airport also lost our luggage, and there was a language barrier, but the owner went above and beyond to communicate with them until they located our luggage and delivered it to us. The village literally was in the center of EVERYTHING and walking distance to BARS, GIFT SHOPS, AND THE BEACH, WE TOOK AN UBER EVERYWHERE AND IT WAS NO MORE THAN 6-20$ EACH TIME. THE VILLA WAS CLEAN AND VERY PRIVATE AND TO ME QUITE I READ IN OTHER REVIEWS THAT IT WAS NOISY BUT I DIDN'T EXPERIENCE THAT I SLEPT LIKE A BABY AND THE A/C UNITS IN OUR BEDROOMS WERE ICE COLD AIR

Honestly, I didn't have any dislikes personally, but there were minor issues that can happen to any homeowner. THE JACUZZI didn't work, so we didn't get to use that, and the A/C unit in the living and dining area didn't work we didn't use the living area anyway so that didn't bother us cause we were barely there and the owner did setup for the a/c repairman to come but we didn't get her message on the what's app due to no wifi once we left the house..also the shower was cold and she would send someone immediately to fix it every time we told her but we decided to continue to shower with cold water cause it was just that hot in Dominican Republic . AND LASTLY THERE IS CRACKS IN THE WINDOWS AROUND THE HOUSE BECAUSE IT'S OLD OBVIOUSLY SO MOSQUITOES WAS OUR ONLY ISSUE WE EVEN BOUGHT CITRANELLA CANDLES AND OFF SPRAY TONS OF IT BECAUSE WE WERE GETTING BIT MORE IN THE HOUSE THAN OUTSIDE I HOPE SHE GETS THE WINDOWS MORE SEALED CAUSE THAT WAS MY ONLY ISSUE I HAD TO SLEEP WITH OFF SPRAY ON EVERY NIGHT.

Super flat with a wonderful roof terrace. The flat is equipped so that we did not lack anything during our 9-day stay. Close to shops, restaurants. Opposite a pizzeria with a very tasty Pizza. Excellent contact with the owner. No negative surprises. We were informed of everything before arrival in a very clear message. In addition, the owner provided help and advice throughout our stay. With everything you could write a message and we received help. It was very pleasant.

All was well.

Everything about the property was amazing. From location to communication with the host and all amenities you need. Terrace with jacuzzi was the best part. We’ve loved it. Would recommend to everyone.

Nice and close to the beach. Very good breakfast shop downstairs. Okay pizza place next door yet with very slow roof terrace serving. Nice to have sunbeds on the beach. Great beach.

a useless cash-only payment on arrival policy, this could have been settled weeks earlier by credit card. The pool is rather basic. Bedroom far from soundproof, mopeds driving through the bedroom at night. And a bit useless needing having to call somebody to come and fill the jacuzzi.

The location was good, only two minutes away from the beach with good bars and restaurants nearby (I highly reccomand Citrus restaurant). Hosts were amazing, they kept in touch the whole time through WhatsApp making sure our stay there was smooth. Highly reccomand!

The house is great! Honestly the best family property we could get for the price. Located directly in the beach. They even provided us with toys for or kid and safety gates and a crib. The beach is literally 2 min away and it’s amazing! The pool was cleaned every day and is super great, but the beds outside can get wet and take some time to dry. There is lots of locals coming to the pool too that owns villas nearby m. We met some nice people and even got invited to a birthday party. We absolutely loved the balcony and the barbecue (it’s a gass one and you will need to buy some if there is none left) The jacuzzi was a top too (even though is still not ready to be used) and a great refreshment after lunch. Kitchen is supplied with lots of pens and pots and cutlery, but the owen is very small portable one. The store is close by too, very expensive though so I suggest Jumbo that is 10 min drive. There is ac in every room. Restaurant under is pretty nice and has amazing pizza. There is a juice bar literally under your bedroom but it works only in the morning, very nice stuff working there. So the house is more like an apartment, 0 floor is a juice bar and you enter your apartment trough the stairs on the first floor (private entrance from the outside) and the balcony is on the 2nd floor (there are stairs connected to the apartment from the inside). There is good internet connection, and Netflix. They were also kind and very helpful. Our baby had a blast. We absolutely loved our holiday! They also give us a ride 250 m to the apartment we booked for the day because our flight was at the evening and we needed to check out from the villa at 11. (They didn’t allow later check out because they had guests coming in) Also it is a safe neighbourhood with a guard.

The kitchen is little bit messy made so the water leaks everywhere when you wash the dishes. AC is set up to blow directly (the fan can’t be regulated) on you while you lay on the bed so that’s really not cool, and it gets super hot in the rooms if you turn it off, isolation is not the best. Toilet was getting stuck constantly cause it doesn’t have a good pressure. There was a water leakage from the platfoon in the smaller bedroom and we couldn’t use it, also it destroyed our laptop. The owners offered to get it checked in the Apple store there but we didn’t want to risk getting our things lost so we decided to get it checked when we come home. We ended up not having water in the whole house several times. You do pay for electricity on the checkout, we payed 160 euro for 2 weeks, but we cooked all our meals every day! We saw cockroaches several times and even killed few. The owners said that was some water bugs but we know the difference and it was definitely cockroaches, I tried to post a photo of it but booking doesn’t allow it. Toilet was leaking water when it was filling up and the washing machine was leaking water after every wash. Also the washing machine and the dryer are in the main bedroom and you can’t use it at night because they are super loud. Also buy a knife cause we struggled with what they have to prepare meals. Water didn’t stay at any temperature in the shower, and that was super annoying, ether would be super hot or cold. Also it gets pretty loud at night because of the restaurant under, so be prepared. Our baby got woken up a lot.
