Where do I start place is nothing like the photos and we stayed in one them shown bugs crawling in shower wen attempted to just wash hair it flooded and blocked up for over 20 mins 2 out 3 chairs broken couldnt change tv remote wouldnt allow it no buttons to change channel on tv either,laminate flooring coming up loads dirt on walls needs a gd clean and freshen up only stayed cos couldnt get anywere else wish i had read reviews further back as same issues since 2022 sent my issues to manager who seen message but no reply they dont care took the money wouldnt not reccomend would not use again

The apartment was beyond dirty, they gave us 2 towels for 4 days and 2 small rolls of toilet paper. When we asked for more towels, the owner just ignored us. The cutlery was dirty and greasy, there was a bit of blood on one towel. There were spider webs on the walls and the ceiling, the shower was dirty… The location was OK, it was easy to get around, even though it’s in an industrial zone. The building smelled like marihuana more than a few times and we didn’t feel safe in it. All in all, a horrible experience.

Communication with staff was easy, efficiant and quick response. Apartment was very warm and spacious enough for comfortable stay. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Apartment appeared quite used and unkept with scratches and damages on the furniture. Bathroom floor was very cold and there was no bathroom floor matt or carpet. We moved livingroom carpet and found used condoms under it what made us question general clealiness.

this was not the room I received! my room was not as bright and spacious as this one described! I got something totally different and was forced to keep it because I was prevented from canceling!

The alarm kept going off and it was both annoying and inconvenient! This was a hellish 3 weeks almost. couldn’t wait to leave! believe a camera was also in the room!

the place is just 5 minutes away from 390 bus stop ( bus line that can get you to city center, 15 minutes to St. Pancras and King's cross station). There are sainsbury mini market, local shop and several restaurant very close which is really covenient. Overall the place is nice, the bed and sofa bed and studio type apartment. There is kitchen and fridge you can use to minimize the budget on food.

Unfortunately there is broken things like a cupboard door, laundry hanging rack, loose cushion chair seat(the seat always falls wheb trying to seat on it) and no hook for clothes at the bathroom which makes it less comfortable. The room is in the basement & the air circukation is not very good, which can be really hot during summer.

Nice to have everything available in one room and it was spacious. We liked the simple way of having a box for the room key so the check-in was simple.

The radiators was on when we came and this was summer and hot. Where able to turn them off so it was okay. Other than that there was just small things that is expected of a place in London for a lower cost. A little dust, not very central and a bit old.

Easy and fast contact with the owner - we got all information that we needed. localisation was very good. kitchinette was well equiped. beds were very comfortable. we had a very nice stay there!

unfortunately shower was not really clean. There is a mold in the shower, it could be cleaner. The rest was very good!

Everything was very clean and worked. Check-in and check-out was really fast and uncomplicated and it didn‘t take long to get to the center of London.

The location is central and convenient. The owner has been really kind, flexible with my check out.

The room was dark and without fresh air (basement); the pan was rusty and therefore it could not be used.
