It was ok. Bathroom needs renovation. Except for bathroom everything was fine

the place was amazing it looks even better in person! for the price it just great. don’t rent cars from the airport or other places you can rent the cars here for only 30’ euro a day which was great, also they have a French bulldog named Martin that was the best thing. vasilikos is great if you wanna get away from the crowd there are amazing restaurant by food and a supermarket and the bus stop is at the corner. the staff was amazing very helpful in everything I asked and super friendly.

I chose this property because I wanted to be close to one of my favorite beaches in Zakynthos and also because I have stayed in that part of the island before and I liked it. I liked the location because the property is close to the beach where I prefer to go, as I said before. The room has a decent size. The lady who cleaned the room was very nice, polite, smiling every time, a very pleasant person.

I didn't like because it's a noisy place .... maybe for others it could be a pleasant place, but I prefer to stay in a quiet place at least in the night. For example, in the first night after we arrived, a few kids played in the pool until 12 in the night (the pool is in front of the rooms), they were jumping in the pool and screaming. The doors squeaked and a lot of noise was made when a neighbor opened or closed the doors from the balcony (because all the doors squeaked,) in the night. Was difficult for me to sleep there. The kitchenet is very poorly equipped. Additionally in the kitchen/kitchenet we didn't have cold water, only hot water. But this problem with water wasn't so an big issue. Air conditioning is not free and this is not written in the room description at the time of booking. AC is mentioned in the room facilities, but nothing about cost. I found out about this extra cost after I paid the room. In my opinion the place is not 3 stars.

There is no soap -along with all other missing stuff- and reception says they cannot give it even if you propose paying for that

Host was very friendly and helpful & room was spacious, clean & furniture were actually in good shape. A very quiet area and charming area too - not very hard to find and close to main attractions you will visit.

Breakfast was actually not included in the price and only available for 1,5 hours in the morning (early for summer holidays standards). We had breakfast at nearby cafes and local bakeries (many options). A/C was also not included in the price - its available at an additional cost and there is no way to survive without it. A problem we had was parking because we had a car: there is no parking place per se, just an area you can part (if lucky and there is a spot) in front of an old house(?!).

It is the worst hotel ever. The hotel does not have drinking water, they gave us a water obtained directly from the sea as salty as it is, that has not been purified, distilled, or otherwise treated ( never ever seen), it wasn’t mentioned on booking, we were not able to shower or coock with salt water ... a suppressor that brings the salt water directly from the beach to the rooms. They charge you extra fees for the air conditioner ( you have to pay extra 3 euros to have the remote ) it wasn’t mentioned on booking either. They don’t have room service. Plus, the hotel is so noisy they put music so loud all day long. Geological circumstance is mediocre, exceptionally distant from Zante 45 minutes by car. We regret our stay in this establishment, flee. To avoid… I highly don’t recommend it.

The hotel is situated in a lovely place far from noise in a small and relaxing village. The hosts are extremely friendly and we got family feeling from the first moment. We are definitevly going back in September to load our batteries before winter:)

We had a very, very good time. The whole accommodation is very friendly, quiet place. The pool and courtyard were very clean. Every day they not only cleaned, tidied up and did the washing up. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well, the room was big enough, the garden was beautiful. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Very close to nice beaches. I can recommend it to everyone!

The room was perfect, bathroom was also very good and clean. Great location, quiet environment. Pool is great. The staff was very kind and attentative. Highly recommended

There was no paravan in betweeen the terraces. This is the only negative point.

Things I liked: - the bed was confortable - the water in the pool was good

Things I did not like: - the AC as everyone says is 7euro/night (thing which is ok if you know about this before because you have to add this price to the total price of the room BUT ON BOOKING IS NOT WRITTEN ANYWHERE). It says Room with AC and AC is a facility inside the room but when I asked at the reception they said “it says that is in the room not that is free” - a very bad response from someone who owns the place - the bathroom is SO BAD AND DIRTY that I didn’t want to enter it. it has mold on sink and shower faucet. - I saw that the people said that the mosquitos are not owner’s fault but they could put protection on the windows (every accomodation in Greece where we stayed before had one). Honestly I was happy that I stayed only one night but I would not give that money ever again to go there. I prefer to add 10 euro and stay in a better place.

Really perfect spot, great for both, friends and families. There were 15 of us (6 kids & 9 adults) and we really had everything: - perfect accommodation for morning adults chilling while kids are enjoying the pool - the best beaches of Zakynthos reachable in max 10 minutes (Banana beach, St. Nicolas beach, Porto Azzuro, Gerakas,…). - unbelievable hospitality and support from Denis and Aleksandar…just ask whatever you need (we had great experience with renting boats with/without captain, booking taxi…value, reliability and flexibility for the fair price) Just perfect 2 weeks!

Nice exterior and great view outside for the first impression. Towel changing every day and bedsheets at 2 day ( included in price not like the other places were you have tot pay extra for this) very quiet area

Staff was all the time looking suspicious and not very nicely, but the owner was very friendly. Cleaning in the room every day but superficial( door of the bathroom was durty since we arrived and so remained) Air conditioning not included ( 7 € / day) something not specifically written on booking! Even I made rezervation with all taxes and costs included we had to pay extra 50 cent/ day ( we stay in Zakynthos in two places and the taxes were paid for both and the other accommodations didn’t ask for extra ) Location near Porto Roma, not a good beach, only access to the water not a real beach. We had to drive to others beach every day, on walk the closest beach was Gerakas and took us 25 minutes ( not a good experience to walk in sun while returning at 11 am)

The room was nice,clean and comfortable. I liked watching the sunrise from the balcony :) Also the pool was very good, clean, perfect water. The owners were very nice, always helpful and kind. They helped us with renting of the car and we felt very good there.

The only thing we didn't like was the curtain in the shower (too sticky when got wet in the tiny shower space) and moskytos (not the fault of the owners), but the candle against moskytos, which we bought in the store, solved the problem :)

Excellent location, close to the most beautiful beaches and best restaurants on the island. Nice and helpful staff! Beautiful view on sea & Gerakas beach!!!

AC is being charged additionally per day, no mosquito net on the windows, beds are not too comfortable. Shower very small!

We only stayed for one night but we really enjoyed it! We really appreciated the pool, because the closest beach was a bit further away but the pool was amazing. Also, the balcony was great, we loved the view, The host was nice and helpful. It was in a quiet area what we liked.

The bathroom and the kitchen would need a bit of upgrade

Air condition was not included, it cost 7 euro per night extra. No soap or shampoo either.

We liked everything, especially the owner's attitude towards guests. The pool is just great - the kids were happy. The room was nice, it had air conditioning and a kitchen with all necessary stuff: a kettle, a fridge, dishes, a blowdryer, etc. There was a terrace with a table and chairs. Special thanks to Alexander! We hope to return to this place next year or when possible.

I cannot say anything about what could be better in the room. There were mosquitos, but the owners could not help that.

Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere, cleaning was made every day, staff was friendly and the pool very nice.

The nearest minimarket is 2km away, which is a bit far for someone who doesn’t have a car.

Super nice host - we felt like we were family. Clean room with nice terrace, swimming pool, quite area, very good family tavern and bakery nearby. A recommend place to stay.
