Location alongside other Marriot owned properties means there are plenty of outlets, pools and beach front. Staff are professional amd well trained.

Its not the fault of the hotel, but the corridors were full of children shouting and having fun, but to the expense of solo travellers. A floor reserved for adults might be an idea.

We arrived and was upgraded to The Westin hotel next door. Which was unreal. Everything from the service to the food, room and amenities was out of this world. Best hotel I have ever experienced and will definitely return here in the future. The range of food at breakfast was fab. You could get anything and the quality was definitely 5*. We tried the Italian restaurant whilst staying and the food was incredible. Very very happy

the room was good but small for a family, it was clean, and quiet, free supply of drinking water, tea, coffee sugar etc., the staff was super every were in the hotel.

The TV lacks some more channels such as sports TV, and news stations, the fridge is extra small

It has a family atmosphere with a small but completely equipped water park very nice green space and different pools.

Nothing was bad

The staff were helpful, kind, polite, humble and sociable. Housekeeping is always willing to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The Gym facilities are quite exceptional and the access to the SPA after a hard workout, just made it worthwhile. Ideal for families, because have free access to the waterpark and you can enjoy the restaurants and beachfront at the Winston Hotel. early mornings and sunset are the best time to sit near the beach for peace.

- Bites on the hands even though the bedsheets were changed every day. - Can get quite noisy during the evenings. - Rooms are not soundproof, can hear other guests, alarms, conversations etc. - Loud music can be heard when played. Difficult to get some rest at times.

Had to move room as initially placed next to crying baby and v noisy family. Noise from Barasti beach every night and building work just outside.

I liked that we could use the facilities of the Westin Hotel next door as their pool area was fabulous

I didn’t like the Baristi pool and bar area as it was open to the public and I regularly observed men coming in for a wash, they would have swimming shorts in plastic bags and a towel and then walk around in underwear after their wash. Rather unpleasant from a 5* hotel. There was also a poor selection of restaurants and little or no promotion for food options.

The bes was very comfortable and also the room cleaning team was too good at their service

Прям минусов не назову (лично для нас), НО! Наш номер окнами выходил на залив и прямо под нами располагался клуб Барасти. По будням норм, а в пятницу и субботу там дикий движ-Париж, и музыка на полных басах долбит так, как будто все действо и вас на балконе. Нам с девушкой было норм ибо мы без детей и засыпали под вино (она) и вискарик (я). Но вот людям по старше или с детьми стоит обратить на это внимание и брать номера на другую сторону - с видом на город. И да, сами номера хорошие, но немного «уставшие», что, в прочем, не сильно бросается в глаза и не особо портит впечатление.

Great facilities for both kids and adults! We had a great time. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly - especially Cedric (in the lobby) has exceeded our expectations! Food was great! Location was very nice, even with tram station and supermarkets across the street. Not a single issue with this hotel!

The bathroom could have been nicer. Shower is more relevant than a bathtub. The iPhone radio player was broken. But everything else made us ignore these minor issues.

The room information is not accurate, the rooms are quite big and for my 4 small children, one room with extra bed was sufficient. Because of the room limitations, we were recommended two rooms and at the hotel the rooms we were given were quite far from each other. My husband and I had to separate so the children would not have to sleep alone.

Though we had booked Le Méridien, we got upgraded to Westin as Le Méridien club rooms were full. The checkin process at westin took a little longer but the Indian guy (sorry do not recollect name, i think Mr. S. Jethani) there was very helpful and polite. He gave us the best room in the hotel. Mina kitchen was ok but not a 5 star standard. No fresh rotis/naan at the Indian dinner counter. They were pre-made and hard to chew. The guy Prakash at Minas kitchen was very helpful. The jungle bay waterpark is great for kids but one of the wide kids slide water pond was very chilly. Different slide water ponds had different temperatures. I appreciate that there were life guards (upto 2) at each slide/pool. We felt safe. There were many pools which kept us accupied with out stay cation. The club lounge here is amazing. They have a nice spread/ canapes /startes. The drinks were amazing too. We had a few cocktails/spirits. I would love to come back here again.

1. The bed is too soft and we immersed into it as soon as we sat. I couldn't sleep well due to this. 2. Room rates at Westin are almost double of Le meridien
