Больше всего понравились завтраки. Потрясающее! Все было вкусно так и обильно. Кухня разных стран.Все повара Супер готовят!

Администрация. Просили сделать уборку , вечером когда пришли комната была не убрана. Пришлось вызвать уборщика, попросили хотябы помыли унитаз и поменяли полотенце. От Хилтона ожидали большее. Но комнаты старенькие, мебель, пол все обшарпаны. Требует ремонта.Ванная комната была нормальная.

The initial room given to us was on a low floor despite my request asking for a high floor when the staff WhatsApp me to ask if I have any request. The layout of the room 1023 was horrible,having the study desk with the table lamp right in front of the TV(how do you even watch the TV when there’s an obstruction in front of the TV).

The location

Cheap hotel. Charges for the Wi-Fi, the special button for the hot water in the shower, small rooms, no privacy button you have to put the sign on the door handle. It’s pricey for the city and they have cut corners. The older hotels are better any day.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza standard. Caffè, the, prodotti da bagno e deposito valigie inclusi nel prezzo. Personale molto cordiale. Ci hanno permesso di utilizzare la piscina anche dopo il check out. Nonostante si trovi in una zona trafficata e sopra alla stazione, è super insonorizzato. Piscina pulita, con cascate e scivolo.

The room was very well appointed and right up to date. We loved all the facilities, the bar and cafe in the lobby. All the staff were very welcoming and obliging. The hotel services were efficient and responsive. We didn’t take the buffet breakfast option, but were very happy with the offerings at the cafe. We arrived from the airport by train to Stesen Sentral located right under the hotel. This proximity to Sentral was also handy for our onward train journey to Penang. Everything was quality and class all the way.

員工很貼心,每天都用WhatsApp詢問有沒有問題 離車站購物商場很近,出站5分鐘就到飯店 早餐的品相種類不多,但都很好吃 淋浴的水超大也很熱 套房的兩台冷氣超冷

建議兩大一小的家庭千萬別訂套房,床很小 馬桶的免洗設備是舊式的旋鈕,有點難用 浴缸正對著蓮蓬頭淋浴,完全沒有門可以關

Das Hilton Kuala Lumpur ist das vielleicht schönste Hilton Hotel in dem ich je war. Während die Hilton Hotels in den USA meist nur noch auf Effizienz getrimmte Schlaffabriken sind, ist dieses Hilton geschmackvoll und großzügig eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind in warmen Farben gehalten und verfügen über ein modernes und komfortables Badezimmer. Das Frühstück ist außerordentlich vielfältig. Es gibt einen großen Pool mit Wasserrutsche. Wer schnell vom oder zum Flughafen möchte, der findet praktisch direkt vor dem Hoteleingang die Haltestelle des AirPort Express, der einen in Weiher als 30 Minuten zum Flughafen bringt. Service im Hotel ist sehr gut und freundlich.

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht die tollste in Kuala Lumpur. Da sind die Hotels an den Petronas Towers besser gelegen. Man ist aber mit dem Auto von KL Hilton schnell an allen interessante Punkten in KL.

Accessibilité proche du métro du train et d'une grande surface. La piscine pour se détendre.

ロビーに椅子が少ない コンディショナーが切れていた

KLセントラル駅に直結してるので、交通の便が良く予定になかったマラッカへの日帰りにも行きました。当初はツインタワー近くにホテルを予約したのですが、ヒルトンにして大正解でした。早く着いた際にチェックインを済ませて頂き、荷物を部屋に運んでてくれました。

特に有りませんでした。

The usual veey high standards of the Hilton across the board made the stay ever so enjoyable. However, the staff assisting with my gluten intolerance diet took the stay into the realms of unparalleled and exceptional. In our month of travelling SE Asia no hotel had been able to cater properly for this. The chef he was superb, the lady who organized my GF breads, waffles ach morning was an absolute gem , and then there was the Indian chef who made me rice flour crepes each day. Thank you thank you Hilton!

Very near to train station which is good especially for female tourists who can just take the public train from airport to the hotel.

The staff in charge of my check-in told me my package only entitled to breakfast for 1 person but I paid for 1 adult and 1 child (below 17 year old)... then later I confirmed with another staff that my package was meant for 2. The executive lounge is a disappointment. There was nothing much to offer... & no one attended to us when we went up for a drink.. & we got to wave a few times before we caught someone's attention.
