Really i didn't like much at all, just an old hotel for maybe old people with no expectations or small budget, we didn't know, from pictures it looked ok but from the inside it is really bad, not upgraded and not to the standards of 2022...

Breakfast was not good, was very poor, pool was old style, water cold, spa not functional, part of the hotel that we stayed was old and not upgraded, the other half was upgraded but shared he same restaurant witch was old and poor. The restaurant was not good at all, there was no possibility of paid parking inside the underground parking or other parking lots, we managed to park outside the hotel near some unpaved road, witch is unacceptable!

Location, Spacious room and bidet in the toilet. Quiet. Air Conditioner. Polite staff at the reception. The chef team cooked fantastic.

The staff at the restaurant were rude and often unfriendly. The timing for Dinner is from 18.30 to 20.30. The first day we attended the restaurant 20.20 and I have been told that I am coming quite late which is rude as the dinner is till 20.30 for which I paid already. The same person was rude to many occasions. Smiling is not part of their working routine. The gym was dark and dirty. The bath tube was leaking and I even when informed the administration no one attended to fix it.

The staff were kind and friendly, the rooms were kept clean throughout the stay, and the food offered in the restaurant buffet was consistently delicious and varied. The atmosphere facilitated a great, relaxing stay

Good location, spacious room and decent breakfast

Room was not very clean, especially the bathroom, where the toiletries were not replaced. Also the balcony was not clean and dusty.

The size of the room; The windows, the view - it was quiet; in the morning you could hear the birds chirping; Parking available; Quiet hotel; Lovely area, fast reach to the beach; Supermarket near hotel, lidl is there too; 15 min to Botanical garden; Cool staff - always smiling - i dont.t know if they were smiling at my kid but i felt like they were sincere smiling.

( We traveled late april, 1st may. ) They could have opened the inside pool; The breakfast and dinner were ok, but could be better - same food every day with small exceptions. We took breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lunch is a la carte with only 2 options...and those not always available.

It was clean, the staff were politely and professional - especially in the restaurant. The food it wasn’t bad but it could be better.

The appearance of the hotel is under construction, the rooms, most of them have carpet on the floor, the carpet is old and smells bad, creating an unpleasant smell in the room! It is far from a 4 star hotel!

The hotel is alright. Good location.

Food half board is not nice. Not tasty. Little choice. Don't waste your money on half board, even if just breakfast - still better have your breakfast elsewhere

Staff were very helpful and friendly , food was amazing ,the pool is very clean ,location is good, approx. 5-10 min walk to the beach,the room is big and very cozy.

the gym is very small

The bed was comfortable. Location is good, the room is spacious.

There was hair in the bathroom. We called for them to clean it up, but after that there were still hairs. Shower head needed replacement. Toilet wasn't much clean too. Stains on the sheets (however they smelled fresh). Bit old and dirty in general, needs a bit of renovation.

Indoor pool was not functional, poor breakfast
