Frokosten inneholder det meste man kan tenke seg og holder god kvalitet og mengde. Innredningen på rommene holdes i en gammel, men samtidig elegant stil som står i forhold til hotellets alder- nostalgi i massevis men funksjonelt! Nærhet til sentrum og flyplass.

Hodeputene i dobbeltsenga var av det vanskelige slaget, og gjorde en stabil søvn noe vanskelig!

Extremely comfortable room and bed. We made full use of the pool and pool bar, great service there, plenty of loungers and space. Great breakfast and we loved the food and services available in the club lounge which we had opted to pay extra for.

Only comment I would make is that it would have been better if the club lounge had been situated in an area in the hotel with windows and a view!

It's a very good hotel, with excellent service. Full value for the money. Beautiful view of the creek. Professional staff. English speaking. Very friendly very willing to help. Excellent breakfast. Very nice room. We enjoyed it.

Coffee could be better

The only thing I liked about the stay was the view from the room.

Improvement in the guest services are much desired. I had called to get some water and it took forever. The in room dining was also not up to my expectations. The food and the service was poor. I had ordered lunch and only half the item that I ordered reached the room. When asked the person who brought the food said he forgot the remaining items and took another 30 mins to bring that up.

The Room is good but it could be better. Breakfast is varied and excellent. I did not use the pool.But the atmosphere of the place is wonderful. The lobby Vibes is great and calm. Greetings to all the staff for their good cooperation. very good location with creek view .

Free transport service for hotel guests to DUBAI MALL has been suspended. The daily newspaper in the lobby has been discontinued. VIVALDI ITALY RESTAURANT, No more buffet service and the food menu is limited .

Can’t recommend highly enough care comfort communication and attention to detail excellent.Nothing was a trouble for staffClub lounge excellent aftw a long day out.
