La ubicación

Great hotel, stayed in one bedroom with balcony, had everything we needed. Balcony was great to chill out on, cute little en suite bathroom. Gave us dressing gowns and slippers, hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Location wise was fantastic, close to bars, shops, restaurants and everything you want.

Nothing not to like

Todo estuvo muy bien. El personal super amable. Las habitaciones con espacios y limpias. Nos quedamos en el 3er piso. La ubicación es perfecta (Liverpool no es muy grande, todo queda muy cerca) bares y restaurantes muy cerca

Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción, en la habitación hacia mucho calor en la noche y no podiamos abrir las ventanas porque entraba mucho ruido. El aire acondicionado no funciona bien y no enfría la habitación. Fui dificil descansar.

L'emplacement de l'hotel est parfait pour visiter la ville à pied, accès à tous les lieux d'intérêt en quelques minutes. L'hôtel est propre, certes pas des plus moderne mais il est parfait pour son budget et pour le point mentionné juste avant qui est son gros plus.

La moquette, mais cela reste encore une habitude en UK :-)

Even though the location was great, it was a noisy one. All the ruckus from the street and the pubs downstairs was audible in our room and it was hard to sleep through the noise.

Location is very good

Reception looks depressive. We can see a lot of mess all around. Staff not kind. Room is quite dark. A lot of noise coming from the street, with pub dispensing bottles.

Location was excellent. Price was very good. Very clean overall and staff was pleasant. We’d use it again.

The only thing we did not care for were the pillows. Foam and too flat.

Staff were great and let us store bags before check in. location was fine for what we needed and easy to find. Bathroom and room were clean and the small fridge with a KitKat, soft drink and bottle of water was nice touch.

Noisy location. Even with windows closed could still hear loud music outside. Room was a bit tired looking and whole public areas (stairs and landings/corridors) need a bit of attention; the carpets need a good clean. Pillows were rubbish and bed a bit lumpy. Showerhead was the usual in hotels where half of the holes are blocked by limescale.

Great location, really good shower pressure, friendly staff.

There are very noisy nightclubs/bars nearby which were incredibly loud even after midnight - which impacted the stay significantly (it was a Saturday night, but you could hear the noise significantly even through earplugs). The rooms are very small, and there was no fridge. The sink was cracked, and the shower door wouldn’t close properly, meaning water went all over the bathroom door. The room itself didn’t have enough lighting so it was dark, and the shower had a lot of black around the grouting/seals - flip flops were needed. Note that there is no restaurant at the property - they do offer breakfast boxes but you might wish to make other arrangements.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. After we moved room, on a higher floor, we were able to open the window. Location was good for seeing the city.

Upon entering our room we found the kettle didn't work. Also the window had been painted shut and we couldn't open it. Staff immediately transferred us to another room, but we noticed electrics a bit dodgy here too as the bedside light flickered. It's unfortunate that a proper breakfast cannot be offered in this hotel.

Great location. Easy to access from the ferry terminal. Close to bus station, for access to the airport.

The location was superb. Easy walk to all the sights. Comfy bed and soundproofed. Very friendly staff.

The backroom I had was a little dark, with the window looking out to an alley. Hard to even tell what the weather was like. Room a little small.

Nice little hotel in good location for everything.

We had quite a loud noise in our room which sounded like a generator stopping for a few minutes and then starting up again repetitively, we did complain and was told that the manager wasn't in but would contact us on they're return, never did. We still had a nice weekend but would of liked a little more sleep.
