the front office staff were very unresponsive. we complained about our bed thrice and nothing was done and no feedback was given to us. there was a small from the beach throughout.

Friendly and helpful staff and a newspaper on my door in the morning. Doormen were very helpful in making sure I got in the right Uber and when I had to leave for the airport before the breakfast room was open someone on the front desk went and got me some food to take to the airport.

The pool area is quite small and the beds look over the hotel and not over the beach - which is a shame as the sunsets are great. It's also about 10km from downtown which I didn't realise when booking. Ubers could take up to 90 minutes to get to the Gate of India area.

Very prompt service and clean rooms! Was quiet at night and garden view was nice (plants/palm trees). Shower was hot and had good water pressure. Towels and sheets seemed clean. Breakfast buffet was also delicious! The location was also convenient to go to Juhu beach and other locations. Good restaurants right nearby.

Didn’t love that the bed was just two twin beds pushed together, as they kept sliding apart/had a gap in the middle which is not ideal for couples. also they didn’t use fitted sheets, so with only slight movement in the bed, the bottom sheet comes undone which wasn’t ideal. We ordered room service several times which was relatively prompt and good food, although they either forgot something or brought the wrong thing almost every time. And finally, the staff were super friendly and attentive, but one guy was really pushy about making us fill out a review and give him a mention with 5 stars when he was taking our laundry which we didn’t love feeling like we were being forced into giving him a good review..
