The villa was good with the rains making us feel like we were in hills station. Enjoyed the stay.

Rains in Mumbai made the roads a little bad.

The stay was great. Beautiful property within mumbai with gorgeous valley view. Steal at this price for a group of 10-20. I celebrated my birthday here. The stay was smooth and the host was very cooperative with all requests. Look forward to visiting again soon.

Literally ONLY the view from the balcony/pool deck

1. Terrible roads getting to the location. 2. The outside looked like a run down slum area. 3. Cockroaches running out from cabinets. 4. Caretaker was still cleaning when we arrived past check in time. They had dried bath towels and soaking wet mattresses on the deck. 5. Walls had wet paint still on. 6. The centre table was frayed with rough jagged edges that I cut my arm on. Had to ask for a table cloth. The caretaker brought some plastic bag, cut it open and used that for the table cloth. 😏 7. Pool is pretty small, but clean. 8. Beds are doubled up mattresses, not actual beds. 9. Lighting on the pool deck wasn't working. 10. Curtains had big stains! Don't know when it was last washed. I can't imagine the bed sheets. 11. AC in 1 bedroom wasn't working. Fan in the other bedroom wasn't working. 12. The dishes provided had to be re-cleaned bcz it was dirty. Completely unexpected... this whole place. With the way the booking assistant was talking to me about this place, I thought it must be a much sought-after place. And then we come to see this run down place ... 🙆🏻‍♀️😣
