Breakfast buffet was excellent and very enjoyable. Loved the service and the fresh food. The room was immaculate, clean and comfortable. Loved the bed! The bathroom was spotless. Linens and towels were spotless. We ate at the Chinese and Italian restaurants and loved the food. Delicious! Service was attentive and excellent. The check in and check out were smooth, and timely. Karan was very helpful and provided us with attentive service.

Keep doing what you are doing. Your staff are providing excellent service. I saw no mosquitoes ( a past complaint by guests) We enjoyed our stay so very much.

Very clean, rooms, swimming pool and gym. everything that you would need. Helpful and friendly staff always making an effort to ensure everything was perfect. Lovely atmosphere.

I did not like the spa experience, this facility needs an upgrade, change rooms were not clean, and staff need to be trained better.

It is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. And yet the wifi never works, even if you HAVE TO pay for it. Always goes off and off. Very frustrating and unacceptable. The tv is too old and not able to mirror anything from any device, not smart. Also unacceptable in what supposedly is a 5* in 2024….

The SPA especially the Jacuzi.

The property was not informed about our HALF BOARD stay and when we went for the dinner buffet we were asked by one of the SERVER to go back to our room and as per him our dinner will be sent to our rooms,as there was a private party going on, when we refused to go back then they served us on the table as the menu was not according to buffet it was limited due to private party going on ( in two of their restraunts). I haven't expected this from such an colossal chain of 5star Hotel. Not a good experience this time as we came here last time thinking about good food and hospitality which was missing this time.

Good spacious rooms, nice food. Must try the Italian restaurant. Excellent chef. Very spacious lobby, good for business meetings.

Room carpet needs a change. Room light switches were difficult to understand. Took me 25 minutes to get the hang of the switches .. still the toilet lights remained a mystery.

The buffet dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Pool was very nice.

Mosquitos a lot around pool area and also in room. The staff at reception were not aware of the half board basis and were arguing that the hotel does not even offer half board. We were requesting to confirm which restaurant to go to. Room booked with balcony but allocated one without.

I had booked a stay with 2 meals. The cleanliness is top notch and the staff are friendly. The Hotel is pet friendly so it was nice to see them around. The property lives up with the name Grand. My room was grand, the wifi speed was excellent. The breakfast and dinner was mouthwatering. I enjoyed my 2 days stay.

Mosquitoes

The wait staff were exceptional ! And so were the housekeeping staff. Always willing to go the extra mile but the Manger on duty Mr.Faraz was not very accommodating or helpful and nor were his staff. Their lack of respect and consideration for the guest was obvious.The wifi did not connect my devices even on the 3day of my stay and television had issues too.The volume constantly went down to the minimum and had to be adjusted frequently on a different remote control.The room had mosquitoes in it and my daughter was quite brutally bitten and became quite sick. The room are dated and the carpet needs a regular vacuum which I noticed had not happened in a while.

The food was the highlight of my stay at the Hyatt but the rest was all a blur.

Close to the airport, clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed the spa was super great and the breakfast is diverse and delicious.

The hotel is beautiful, staff makes you feel like a king, food is great.

The inside ambiance

The size of the room was great! the bathrooms were really great. The restaurants were great. though some were closed. the chinese restaurant dumplings and staff were incredible. really loved our waiter there. the Salon girl from Manipur was a darling. These are the people and things we'll remember from our stay. I appreciate the fresh towels and bathrobes too and the staff who did our ironing and room service too. the staff were GREAT everywhere except for reception/concierge, they seemed confused, lost and just never picked up the phone.

The reception guys seemed lost on the phone a bit and a little lost as well when we checked in. I had to remind them that we had complimentary evening drinks after he informed us bar timings. which would be nice if he had known and told us instead. The concierge and reception just never picked up their phones when we'd call. It was a big inconvenience. the staff everywhere else was great EXCEPT the concierge and reception guys. We also asked one or two people to take our photos at some point who just ignored us and kept walking. They definitely heard us. the biggest problem was the mosquito infestation. The entire hotel was INFESTED with mosquitoes. I get bitten often but this time my leg swelled up and got red and itchy too. I ended up having to take showers every time i left my room to just cool my leg down and then apply cream because it was unbearable. This was when we went down for the drinks and snacks included in our stay. within 30 minutes my legs were eaten. These mosquitoes were INSIDE the hotel and in swarms. Inside the restaurants too. only our rooms were safe. I just expected more from the Hyatt. much more. There was people from the Rajistani Royals IPL present during our stay so i'm just shocked that pesticide/fumigation for the mosquitoes wasn't in action. also those guys booked out one of the bars at the hotel which would have been nice to know beforehand as we really wanted to eat there (as we were booking on the website) so it was disappointing to arrive and find out we can't go because some rich folk booked the whole place out. It's just that it would be nice if it was booked for half the day instead. idk. We've been to several 5 star hotels throughout the month now and honestly, if y'all can afford it, book the Oberoi's instead. when you're paying a lot of money, you may as well get what's worth it and it saddens me greatly to say that the Hyatt in mumbai is not worth it.
