The service staff where too many and over nice. It may not have been necessary.

Spa was excellent, some of the staff were wonderful, food & cocktails were good. Room very comfortable and very well appointed. Italian restaurant was excellent, the food was great and the service spot on. The staff in the bar making cocktails were excellent and very good.

The customer service from reception/concierge was awful. Kept sending me triplicates of messages through booking.com (I had booked 3 rooms, but no need to send multiple to the same email account) asking about flight number, arrival time etc. I told them this info both via email and the platform several times and they still kept sending me the same messages and not acknowledging my responses or emails. I had requested Spa info so we could all make an appointment at the same time (again this is through concierge), which was ignored, meaning we couldn't then all get what we wanted due to the advance notice required and lack of reply from the team. On check out, I had someone knock on my door 45 mins before to remind me, then minutes later, 2 phone calls reminding me check out was due. Leave me alone!!! I do not expect to be harassed out of a 5* hotel room before the time you state is check out. Very poor. I have business again in Mumbai, but I would rather pay twice the price and stay at the Sofitel next door than this service. Breakfast was a farce - I had no place laid for me on our table, my coffee didn't arrive in over half an hour, and I had a meeting to get to so really didn't get to have anything for breakfast. One of my friends opted for breakfast in bed, but was charged more than stated on the in-room dining menu. My other friend had a Spa appointment at 11.30, asked for late check out (so he could change in his room before we left) and was rudely told no at reception, not even the option to pay for late check out. I spent over 100,000 rupees for one night for 3 of us (rooms, meal, spa, cocktails.) , and I really did not expect to come away feeling so drained by what should have been a good experience. I won't bother staying again.

Breakfast spread was Excellent. Enjoyed the Happy Hours at the Bar. House Keeping staff was very supportive. At Dinner time, food was excellent. Prompt service. Excellent ambience at the Dinning area.

Everything was fine.

Nice efficient check-in & out, comfortable clean room, sumptuous breakfast & excellent service.

Mistakes in billing.

The service was exceptional for both dinner and breakfast in Trident at the main restaurant next to the Lobby. The choice of items in the breakfast menu catering to diverse tastes was very good. the restaurant has a a very welcome ambience.

Breakfast was he best I’ve had at any 5 star hotel in India! Excellent service! Rachael in the spa is fantastic! Ranit, my housekeeper, did a great job. The management should commend these two for such expert customer service! So so happy with this experience!

Please get bath rugs with rubber backing - they slip annd slide anround just from walking on them and someone is going to break their neck! 😵‍💫

I liked the staff support. We needed to store medication and staff was very supportive. Also we needed to extend the room and yet needed to move out of the floor due to scheduled maintenance. Sunaina duty manager was very helpful.

The junior staff need more training. Sometimes we had to explain 2-3 times
