The bed is way to hard, and the rooms is quite damp when it has been untouched all with no AC

Location, Cleanliness, Service.

Consistency is lacking in service level. So it’s up to the staff handling your Issue either you get excellent service or an ordinary service. Shows lack of training and /or commitment of staff for the Service.

The staff were outstanding. My brother had a medical emergency in Mumbai and the staff fell all over themselves to accommodate us. great location for us, too.

room bed wasn’t clean. toilet paper was used and almost empty roll, i had to call them at night to get new roll. they start loud music on the top floor you will hear the sound in the room. they charged me extra money just because I got the 7th floor (my room is exactly similar to the room on the lower floors) spa always full since they have only 1 spa room for all guests.

The location was an acceptable compromise for meetings in Navi Mumbai and Vikhroli.

The hotel has seen better days. The swimming pool, in particular, was in poor shape. 2 pairs of underwear and my swimming shorts disappeared from my room, leaving a poor impression. The electronic menu in the restaurant had missing pages. The surrounding area, streets etc. are not a pleasant walking environment.
