I was close to the lift entrance and the kitchen staff were using that entrance door and kept banging it through out the night. I requested the receptionist several times to let them know not to bang, I also told the staff too. It went on from 9pm until 6am. I didn't sleep at all. Terrible staff. Worst nights I've had in a long time. Paid so much and could not sleep at all.

Very comfortable low beds, good sleep, clean sheets, clean room, big portions in in-room dining, very hospitable staff, cheap buffet, didn't get the traffic noise on the sixth floor as some others did.
couldn't extend my stay, booking.com was cheaper than the hotel, prices higher than normal ( for a little more you could stay at Taj/Leela/ Marriot) , noise from some nearby event/ procession, traffic prone area ( pick your local travel timing properly), housekeeping expected a tip, asked me if room was okay ( had no cash on me!)

Прекрасный отель. Рэдисон есть Рэдисон, все качественно: большой комфортный чистый номер, очень friendly персонал, обильные и вкусные завтраки, хороший ресторан. Учитывая мумбайские пробки, удобно, что в 10-15 мин езды от аэропорта.
Это не улучшить и это общая проблема отелей вокруг аэропорта - до центра по пробкам ехать час-полтора утром и столько же вечером обратно. Это на такси, возможно, на метро быстрее.

The long story short:
coming to Mumbai for a 1 day visit and a wedding we booked a hotel in the West Bandra area. Hotel rooms were terrible there (no window, bad smell, noisy, etc.) we didn't sleep at all and were sick-dizzy because of the naphtalin smell. We moved to Radison and for only 1000 inr difference were able to be in a tier 1 hotel.
Our stay has been too short there to enjoy but it was just: clean, comfy, quiet and after a sleepless night and a wedding party it was perfect

breakfast was not exceptional, I've had better in Novotel Chamiers Chennai or Taj Deccan Hyderabad (same range).

Cleaning and house keeping was basically very poor. I had to ask for toiletries as basic as toilet paper and hand towels, and that too, some days not even one hand towel, for two guests.

Location was great, rooms were clean and the checkin-checkout process was smooth. The swimming pool was something I enjoyed the most.
Room service could have been quicker, had to call the staff twice or thrice to remind them things.

Hotel front desk manager (Lady staff, photo added below) gave a gift to us on behalf of Radisson, it’s memorable one.
Rajkumar -restaurant staff was treated us in good way, homely feel we experienced.
I used Spa as well, it was an amazing experience.

The whole stay was absolutely pleasant. The breakfast was really delicious. The staff were all helpful and attentive.
I feel the TV should be installed which has a feature of accessing Netflix, Prime.

Location of the property is close to airport and other important places and localities.
there was a big blunder from the Room cleaning folks. One of the days, the room cleaning people didn't close the room after their daily cleanup. When we came back in the evening, we saw that the room was open. We kept our passports and other valuables in the suitcase. I picked known hotel chains primarily for security.
We were completely unhappy with this incident.

Buffet spread ...fresh fruits ....fresh juices ...breakfast buffet is like a lunch buffet ..fresh food...menu change everyday ...compared to Holiday Enn...Orrchid... Noovotel...And I didn't have to call the house keeping for Towels ...as I'm used to calling the reception for towels even after being charged for a double room
Just too good ...thankgod I missed my flight and had a chance to stay in Radisson ...

the property is perfect situated in a good location . the staff here is very good. starting from desk to house keeping. everyone is very nice. Bhoomika and the other guy at the breakfast buffet are excellent at the service.(sorry missed his name)

It was my second stay this year at Radisson. comfortable clean rooms, amazing staff, particularly Israar from the concierge, who went out of his way to help me have a more exceptional experience. Breakfast was excellent and restaurant manager contrary to other hotels was flexible regarding breakfast ending times.
